Its a nice box and fits great! Only thing is that when its hot and plus the heat in that area if you have any weight in it, It will start to sag down it needs to be reinforced on the ends. I would not buy it again and if it wasn't to late I would send it back.

Fit perfectly, is plenty deep enough. Wish lid opened length wise but I knew this before I purchased. Will have to add some rubber or 3M tape. Haven't been out since install but will definitely rattle without something underneath where it hangs from seat frame.
