It was easy to set up . Took maybe 5 mins . However it's pretty bulky and a bit heavy. It's not really easy to use either because your feet slip around if you aren't at the perfect height sitting.

I come from the era of those silly pedaling machines that go under your desk and are completely useless. This one actually makes me feel like I'm getting some exercise! I'll elaborate since I've seen some reviews that say it's not for heavy workouts. Well, duh! Anybody that sees the thing knows this is for people that are already struggling to get ANY exercise. I'm 45 and no stranger to the gym, but as I get older and have lost a lot of muscles, I needed a gentler option. This is perfect for me to use while I'm on the computer. I love the option of standing (but do make sure you've got something to hold onto). It is incredibly heavy-duty and might be a bit heavy for seniors. It was a bit hard for me to lift, but I got it. It takes a tiny bit of assembly which took me about 10 minutes. It has an awesome handle for ease of moving. It's completely silent and stable. I love it, it was just what I was looking for!

This is a total Game Changer and I'm so happy that I found it! It came very well packed and secured and everything was 100% as described in the ad even down to the measurements. And there was no damage to it from delivery. The instruction manual was clear and easy to read and very helpful with first time use. Everything is very well labeled and this is beyond easy to use. This has been a game changer for me being able to get extra movement in during the day even while doing my work. It is very comfortable to use and has a great range of motion as well! Very sturdy and durable build quality! I love that you can adjust the resistance as well if you want a more high intensity workout! I love that this comes with resistance bands as well! Definitely worth every penny and a great way to get some extra moving in! Very user friendly and a great quality product! Solid 10 out of 10

I got this because I spend a lot of time at a desk and I wanted to be able to get a little movement in without having to stop my work. This does a pretty good job, being mostly silent and having some useful functions like variable resistance and a performance readout. The biggest gripe I have about it is that the pedals sit too high. My desk is average height and my knees hit the underside of my desk unless I sit back a little bit so my legs are at an angle. This makes it so I'm doing extra work to keep from pushing myself away from the desk as I pedal. If the pedals were lower it would be a perfect setup.

I recently purchased the **Under Desk Bike Pedal Exerciser** with high hopes of incorporating more movement into my workday. While it has some positive aspects, there are a few limitations that make me feel lukewarm about the overall experience.**Pros:**- **Compact Design**: The size of this pedal exerciser is great for under my desk. It’s lightweight and easy to move around, which is perfect for using at home or even taking to the office.- **Quiet Operation**: I appreciate that it operates quietly, allowing me to pedal while I work without disturbing others. This feature is a big plus for a home office setting.- **Basic Functionality**: The pedal exerciser works as intended for light exercise. It’s a good way to keep my legs moving and adds some activity to my day without taking up too much space.**Cons:**- **Limited Resistance Options**: While it has two resistance bands included, the overall resistance level is somewhat limited. For anyone looking for a more intense workout, this might not provide enough challenge.- **Stability Issues**: I found that it can wobble a bit during use, especially when pedaling at higher speeds. This could be distracting and affects the overall experience.- **Not Ideal for Intense Workouts**: If you’re looking for a serious cardio workout, this pedal exerciser might not meet your needs. It’s best suited for light movement and keeping active while sitting rather than vigorous exercise.Overall, the **Under Desk Bike Pedal Exerciser** serves its purpose for light activity, but it has some limitations that might not satisfy those looking for a more robust workout. If you’re just looking to add a bit of movement to your day while working, it can be a decent option, but be aware of its constraints.
