THIS PRODUCT LOOKS GREAT BUT DOES NOT STAY IN PLACE AND IT VERY HARD TO BE COMFORTABLE WITH.I DON'T THINK ANYBODY SHOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT.I HAVE HAD IT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND TRYING TO WORK WITH IT BUT IT DOESN'T WANT TO WORK WITH ME.I REALLY HAVE GAVE UP ON IT.IT IS SITTING IN MY KITCHEN FLOOR AND I JUST LOOK AT IT.I HAVEN'T REPORTED IT AS I HAVE BEEN IN OUT OF THE HOSPTAL I HAVE NOT YET CALLED AMAZON ABOUT THE PROBLEM.

This is a good product for anyone who needs to find a way to exercise when they're unable to do much (ill, injured, or just getting started). It works very well for the arms on a table in front of you. The non-skid mat for use on the floor doesn't work great unless you are in a chair that puts you high enough over it. It does require some assembly but not too hard to do. It's a little jerky if you aren't positioned well. It's very quiet. You can adjust the amount of tension/resistance on it. The pedals are only adjustable to accommodate different sized feet/shoes. Its not too heavy to move around easily. It's not super high tech but overall is a very good basic exercise tool at an affordable price. I am a PT and bought it for myself during an extended illness. I would recommend it to my patients.

I bought this product for my sister who just had a knee replacement. It's is a good looking unit, with good features, but for me the cons are too high to give a really good star review. Two things stand out that would cause me not buy again. It is pretty light weight, which is good as far as moving it, but it is pretty unstable even on carpet. They do include some fasteners where you can make it more stable on a hard floor, but that just speaks to how unstable it can be. Also, the peddles are not as smooth as they should be, causing it to be kinda jerky. She doesn't seem to mind and wants to keep it, but were it for me I would be returning it. I read other reviews and saw some of these problems, so I don't think the unit is defective, but just the design. I suspect for the money this is probably as good as it gets, but if you want something more substantial it will probably be worth the $$. I hope she can use it and accomplish what she needs from it.

I bought one of these units for work. I currently work in a region where it gets 70 below farenheit in winter. There is and snow and ice on the ground 8 months out of the year making walking outside difficult. Anyway, this unit fits well under a desk but it's a bit difficult to pedal unless you have a desk unit that raises. I put this to side and am able to pedal and type on an angle. It makes typing a bit bouncy but definitely doable. It's very sturdy and has a handle for easy movement to different location. I purchased another unit for home. I'm able to use it while watching a movie in my room or while sitting on the sofa. I purchased the in home one to use for upper body and am figuring out placement ideas that are comfortable. This unit is slightly more expensive (within $10) and well worth it in my opinion. Assembly is really easy and I was able to do it despite wearing a brace on one hand. Highly recommend!

This is a nice product for the cost. I have only a minor complaint and that is the pedaling in seated position is less smooth than it could be. There is a slight "catch" in the movement. However, this is somewhat positional and does not occur on the arm use at all or some positions seated. It was super easy to put together, came quickly, was packaged well and the company is very responsive. The price is far below that of some other similar items with the added benefit of being able to use for arms as well as legs.
