Some of the reviews had me skeptical of ordering this but I am so glad I did. Not only did it ship and arrive when they said it would both the unit and the bench for both in the same box and arrived at the same time. Super easy to assemble and the quality of the keyboard is excellent. Sound is exceptional and the keyboards feels sturdy and made to last. This is an absolute great value for your money if you are looking to purchase an item like this. This was for a beginner so I was not looking to spend a lot but the quality that I got for the amount that I spent is exceptional. If you're looking to purchase something like this and are hesitant don't be My experience was absolutely wonderful!!

The sound quality is great for a digital piano at this price point, and the 88 weighted keys feel realistic, which is perfect for practicing or performing. The variety of voices and built-in features like the metronome and recording function are very useful for learning and composing.

The power cord is not for USA plugs and was missing pieces to the bench.Once I was able to find an adapter for the plug in it did not work.Reached out to customer service and they are rude and just offered to send a new cord and still waiting for a cores. This was supposed to be for my granddaughter for Xmas and the piano is still not working. I received it on Nov 19 and it’s now Dec 29tg so not buy

This piano is fantastic! The sound quality is rich and clear, and the keys have a great feel—perfect for beginners. It’s beautifully designed and fits perfectly in my space. A great choice for anyone who loves music!

Overall this is a good product but I have noticed when I press some keys the sound is much softer. I thought it was maybe weak fingers but then my husband played and made the same comment before I even told him about it. The bench is very rickety but it’s still a good deal with all that’s included here (bench, stand, keyboard). I priced everything separately before purchasing and this was hard to pass up after seeing how much even just a bench is!Assembly was easy but recommend two people to prevent damage to the unit.
