The glass part of the frame says please tear off the protective film before using, but the film is difficult to tear off. I had a lot off difficulty figuring out how to get it off and ultimately had to scratch at the corners to get one to peel. Please improve the quality of the film being used so it's easy to simply tear at the corner.

I was so excited to purchase this frame, as it was meant to go on my desk at work. However, upon opening the package, as you can see, there are only 6 "weekly" signs. This product was advertised as a weekly countdown and this is NOT the case. What happened to the rest of the weeks?! Is there no quality checks prior to shipping? I will be returning and finding something else that actually has weekly counts for pregnancy progression.***UPDATE: The seller was absolutely fabulous in working with me to get another frame with the correct amount of tiles! They were speedy with reaching out to me to resolve the issue I had with the missing tiles. I am truly appreciative of their kindness and impeccable customer service. I am 1 very satisfied customer ☺️

Update: The seller did reach out to me to apologize and gave me different options to correct this issue. I truly do appreciate the effort and the professionalism. Thank you very much.It is a cute frame, but it looks used. The edges are scraped off on the frame, and some of the “weeks” attachments have small hole like things on them. The stand is flimsy so becareful or it'll break. Was supposed to be a gift but it’s too late now to order a different one.
