this lil atomizer is great, just add you medication turn on I use the mouth thing, but you can use a mask. works perfect auto shuts off when done. Great for albuteral treatments.

Excellent portable nebulizer! I've had it for 10 months and have had no problems whatsoever. I use it with albuterol medicine for copd. I have a few suggestions for helping it last longer. 1. Never ever touch the mesh. Let it air dry. 2. Never leave the batteries in it. 3. Disassemble after every use. This small device has been a lifesaver several times when I don't have access to a regular plug-in nebulizer for a breathing treatment.

I love the portability. It has 3 different settings it has a awsome design great for little hands and it is quiet. Easy to use and clean it come with its own travel puch, mouth piece and 2 different size mask. Love this product. The price is great also. Battery or USB. I have already recommended it wish I had bought the other colors. Overall great product comming from a Nurse.

Ordered this nebulizer follow the directions correctly regarding using new batteries , it worked ok the first day and half then after that it started shutting off ever 30 seconds to a minute and was leaking holding it straight as instructed. At this point I was totally frustrated I replaced the batteries again with brand new one and was still having the same issues! Used USB cord Cand charged it for twenty four hours, thinking it would work but unfortunately it doesn’t hold a charge and charging cord is too short in order to use the nebulizer plugged in… very disappointed in the quality of this product!

This machine is small and portable. It is very quiet but it has no durability. It worked well for the first couple times and then it just stopped working. The price is right but the product is not. Invest a little more and get a portable machine from a medical company.

I’m not sure if this is a case of false advertising or just a poorly designed product, but I can’t figure out the point of having a USB connector when it only works while plugged in—and the USB cable is so short, it’s inconvenient to use. It’s strange that the product combines a USB connector and batteries, especially since it clearly only functions with batteries.There’s also no actual steam, just cool vapors that don’t seem strong or effective enough to make any difference for your airways. I was really hoping for real steam, but I guess I misread the description. On top of that, it leaks a lot, and the bottom piece that holds the batteries broke off completely. Overall, this product is disappointing and frustrating to use.

Update: I originally reviewed this as a good product, however it quickly stopped working. The first week it was great, but after that it started leaking so bad that the medicine would all leak out within a few minutes, and it barely creates any mist at all. I was lucky to inhale a few drops worth of medicine in 15 minutes of running the thing. Most of the Albuterol ends up on my hand. It has been maintained, cleaned after prior uses, only handled by an adult (myself), not handled roughly or abnormally. There is no reason for it to stop working other than poor manufacturing. Spend a bit extra and buy a better model.Original review: I bought this for power outages or emergency asthma attacks while I was out in public. It's almost completely silent, and I have used it with the USB cable and AA batteries with no issues. It leaks a few drops, but that's mostly just condensation. As others have said, the masks are small. I don't believe they're child and adult sizes. They seem more like infant and child. I can get the bigger one to just barely fit around my mouth and over my nose, but I am a woman with a small face. A man would never be able to use it. It includes a mouthpiece which is what most adults will probably have to use. I would have given it 5 stars if the masks had been advertised correctly.
