This sound bat repellent is great! Plug it in and forget about it. It's very simple to use. I love that it doesn't hurt bats but keeps them away. Bats haven't been seen or heard in my attic since I put it there. I can't even tell it's working because it's so quiet, but it is! What's great is that you no longer have to deal with bat droppings or scary sounds at night. It made me feel better about my home and gave me peace of mind. It works really well and has made my life better, which really impresses me. This little gadget is definitely worth a try if you have bat issues. It's really helped me!

Compact, cheap ultrasonic noise for annoying pests.Pros+ It does produce some high tones and is fairly loud at close range.+ Compact, takes up little room+ Adjustable pitch+ power LED featureCons:- shuts itself off if there is a power outage and never turns back on unless you turn if on AGAIN.- Tone is fixed at whatever note it's set to. No automation to keep annoying a critter- Not that loud and the volume can't be adjusted.- The loudest sound seems to come out the back where it's rather shielded from working.The adjustment knob varies the tone from 8Khz to 12Khz, 18Khz and above.Past 20Khz I can't see where it ends up on the particular audio gear I have.It seems loudest at 8Khz on my meter (not my ear).This can be made to work but it can't be left unattended because sooner or later it will be off again and stay that way forever any time there's a power interruption.That's a significant design oversight having a momentary contact to turn it on, since it WILL be off eventually on it's own.It needs a larger, stronger speaker driver, volume adjustment, variable pitch to annoy more and a real mechanical ON-OFF switch that stays where we have it set. It will turn off on the 1st AC power outage and stay off.

We got these to put up in the barns and sheds to keep the bats from trying to roost in there this spring. Every year we fight keeping the bats away from the barns. We don't want to get entirely rid of them because they are so helpful in keeping the insect population down, but we don't want them in our barns either. These plug in and have a power button to turn them on and off. We will leave them on in the summer to keep them from trying to find a new home in our barns.
