Made spotlights. Wish they were tad more orange then yellow. Worked as intended. Have plenty of extras for another low voltage project.

Like the look, color and brightness of these lights. Body of threads is very long. The les of each fell off in three months. I epoxyed them back on and this worked great. Had one burn out in 4 months but this is expected with a low price item as this one. Overall I would definitely buy this item again

Installed these on the bottom of rear hatch of my suv. Wired them so they go on with the rear cargo area lights. When hatch is opened at night, they provide a bright led light for oncoming traffic to see. They are even very bright and visible during the daylight. Work well, easy to install and wire up if you have basic 12v wiring skills.

Good luck stripping insulation off the wires, you will break the single strand of copper wire that's inside. My wire strippers go up to 28 gauge and even that is too big for these wires. The little "covers" over the lights also fall off very easily as other reviewers have mentioned. Bottom line, these lights are just cheap junk, and you're better off spending a few more bucks on a better product.

Good: Bright light, jacketed wire, threaded body. Not so good: tiny conductor wire makes stripping, crimping and soldering, very difficult. Tip: you don't need to use a tool to strip. Just finger nails and pull. Wago lever-nuts 221 or 222 (preferable) series are easy connectors to work with this tiny wire, if you have the space for them.
This is the 3rd lot I've ordered very happy

Like the amount of light they produce and the flush mount , however the quality of the wire is lacking and very small strand and seems to break easy. Had to use 6 to find 4 that work consistently. Also the sealant ?? That was used is poor and needs more if in the weather . Not sure if I’d buy again . If you need all 10 to work buy 20? Great idea but quality of the ones I got are hit and miss , already installed so not likey I can return them

Be aware there are many items that look like this but they look like they have a collar/washer that fits up behind the LED from the opposing side ( like a sandwich style fit ) the issue is who ever copied the original design made the front bezel and back collar one pc ( in effect its god a very thick front bezel. ) These units don't have that issue they only have the front bezel so they fit flush.

These mini LED focused beam lights are very bright. RED is warm to the touch 99F and I will be using them in some tail lights and with two or three ganged together, they could be bright enough for brake light level. YELLOW is hot 151F to the touch and will be fine for turn-signal use. WHITE is hot 156F to touch! Will be good momentary lights like cornering or full time DRL. I'm putting them in a metal housing to act as heat sink. I've plugged them all into a 12.7 volt battery for overnight to see how they do. I got the 10 unit pkg of each. Very reasonably priced. Aluminum body structure which you need for heat-sink capability. Wires are very fine @ 24 AWG and you'll need a soldering iron to attach them to any connector. I measured the heat with a Cen-Tech infrared thermometer +/- 1 degree I mounted them in an aluminum panel and the temps did come down 7 degrees with the white and yellow, but they still too hot to touch and might not be suitable for continuous use in a plastic housing unless there's lots of airflow.
