The food we had previously wasted so much and left algae in large amounts. This food works well to feed my fish and keep the tank a bit cleaner.

I have younger fish that are now just starting to mature and get color. I mix this food with frozen during feeding. Notice alot of coloring start to develop on all my fish. They are definitely growing. Did not cause my water values to become comprised

These are not what I expected. The food pellets are tiny granules and are too small for most community fish as they go unnoticed and sink quite quickly to the substrate. All I can do is hope for my Cory cats to eat them so they don’t go to waste.

I like a variety of food for my fish. I also have a variety of fish to feed. So to me, this product is a great addition to their diet.I have a 40 gallon Breeder tank, a couple of 20 gallon longs and a few 10 gallon tanks going on. In those tanks I have Mollies, Platys, Guppies, Similis Corydoras Catfish, a sorority of Betta fish, African Dwarf Frogs, male Betta fish and Pink Ramshorn Snails.I know it sounds like a lot in my heavily planted tanks. Especially if you know the reproduction rate of some of these types of fish. Some of the fish and frogs benefit from this the most because the others will try to devour the rest before it can even hit the bottom most of the time. The bottom feeders also get fed through a glass tube into the glass tray so they get what they need as well.Anyways. finding good food that covers all of their dietary needs has been done through a lot of research. Making a man/woman made environment into a more natural environment is not always easy to do for many but I have found a system that works for me and the fish I currently keep. Also, I don't always like to take different types of food and use my mortar and pestle to make fine powder for 2-3 meals a day all the time. So this product is very convenient for my smaller fish and their needs. There also is less wasted food. When the container is empty, I reuse it for my own blends that I use my mortar and pestle for. I fill it up and use it like a shaker without the work of grinding them into a finer powder/smaller granular all the time.I grind up freeze dried bloodworms, bug bite products, algae wafers, and other pellets Then I mix them up and put them into this container when it's empty. It really helps not contaminating the tanks with uneaten food and yet, everyone gets to eat and not fight over food during feeding time. I still pinch food or use another empty container for the larger ones but they also get the benefits from the finer foods as well.I also treat them with frozen foods ad fresh veggies as well. I hope you all enjoy fish keeping as much as i do and figure out what you need for the types of fish you have. They can be very enjoyable and relaxing to watch and care for.~Happy fish keeping~
