This vitamin powder works wonders for my cats. They dont so much like the taste so disguise in their food. Makes their coat shine & gives them energy. My older cat is now 18 yrs old. I always felt confident they are getting good nutrition.

When I started making my cat’s food from scratch this past year, my cat started dropping weight rapidly. I didn’t realize I was missing key ingredients in their diet. My veterinarian recommended this brand of powdered cat supplements. It was within my budget, and the perfect solution to use as an additive to my cat’s fresh food. One of the most important ingredients is Taurine. After using the supplement, I noticed a difference in my cat right away. She didn’t look as skinny any more, her fur looked shiny and healthier, and her whiskers looked longer than before. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an affordable additive for their cat’s diet.

They send you a container that is 3inches tall. There is not even a 12 inch of product in it. It sounds empty when you shake it. You can not return this so, this is a huge rip off. Unless it cures cancer in your pet. This is a waste of money. I feel so cheated that the company would actually put so little product in such a big container. A lot of companies do this ,but this is the worst I've seen! Shameful! Not to mention, I spent my money on this product as I love my pets ,but there is no way I can afford this product on a regular basis as you get so little product. Granted, I should have paid more attention to how much product I would get. Lesson learned ,but still...this company really cares little about your pet and more about $. If they cared just a little they at least would put product in a smaller container for the environment. I have not tried product yet as I feel I've been cheated.

We were taking care of our neighbors cat while they were gone out of country. The cat came to us in sad shape – – skinny, feeling the effects of a long ago car encounter, and looked really bad. Not much energy. Within a month of beginning this supplement, she looked much better, had more energy and appetite, and even her fur looked better! It even seemed to help with her toilet habits. Giving the supplement to her: We put her normal dry kibble in a bowl, added about a teaspoon of water or so (just enough to get the kibble a little damp), then stirred. We added the little spoonful of supplement (“spoon” comes in the jar) and stirred again, until evenly distributed. Immediately gave to cat. She loved it!!!Supplement smells like it comes from a field of alfalfa. Not unpleasant.

We’ve used this product for 30 days. Our cats have a more energy and their coats are shinier and softer. A noticeable but not dramatic difference. The product is extremely expensive and cats are finicky, and do not always eat, compounding the cost. Price comes down to a little over $1.00 per serving. The package is only 15% filled which is deceiving. Slack fill is legal but unethical as it deceives the buyer into believing they’re buying more than they are. BTW, I tasted it and it’s tasteless so nothing to deter a cat from eating it.

When I first got this product, I was amazed at how little there was in the jar. Yeah, pricey for what you get. I put one scoop in Ozzy’s food and he hated it. Well, this stuff is going back at that price and he won’t eat it! But, he was going through so much at that point in his life. He had been losing his fur and just wasn’t himself at all. I took him to the vet and they gave him a steroid shot, thinking it was allergies. That did nothing. Took him back to the vet later and they put him on Prozac, thinking he was having “psychosis issues”. He was vomiting and had diarrhea. I changed his food and once I found a brand he would actually eat that didn’t exacerbate his symptoms, he started feeling better. But… he was hateful from holding him down to “try” to get the Prozac down him. He would swat at me when I walked by and bite me if I tried to pet him. He just wasn’t my same Oz, so I took him off the Prozac.I decided to try the Nutra Thrive one more time before sending it back. It seemed rather strong, using a whole scoop, so I tried 1/2 scoop twice a day. THAT did the trick! Now he eats every bite of his cheap food that he loves and he’s so much better than he was. He’s been on the Nutra Thrive for two months now and his fur is growing back, he’s so lovable now, and he runs through the house chasing the dog instead of the dog chasing him! Yes, it’s expensive, but I would do anything to make my boy happy and healthy. He will be on this for the rest of his life. I think if you see the difference in your cat that I see in mine, you’ll agree, the price is worth it.
