Easy to put together and make’s easy access to my notes. I have one large and one small one. They do take up space but makes it easy to flip through to find what I need in a hurry. I do recommend.

For my needs, these are the best. I have limited left to right space and because these swivel to landscape, I can make them fit. Also, VERY REASONABLY PRICED compared to others , swivel or not.

I’ve see many of these organizers in my office that are clunky and take up a lot of space. This is sturdy and smaller so that you can still have room on your desk for other items.

I love this product. It makes reference materials so convenient to access and the way you add pages to. It is very simple so if I need to add something to my reference material, it’s quick and easy I had another one of these years ago and I found that every time I needed to pull the page out. It would get all wrinkled, and it was a hassle to put back in, this one is designed so well that putting the page back in is a cinch.

THESE FILES are terrific. I shall never not be able to find any information I must use frequently. It is easy to insert forms or in my case sectioned information. I can use larger print so that I can see what's there at the farthest of my reach which means I can have more stuff ON my desk. I can use the phone at the same as I access necessary informationI have a small "REDBOOK" with all my necessary information in it which has been ever so much better than using file cards or rotary disks and especially the computer. This little binder in red has usually been much easier to find when I need it because of its color.
