This is a decent little nylon and stainless steel pully. Wheel rolls well and it seems well made. Hard to believe it could hold the rated load, but it will be impressive if it does and hold up.

First off, this is a plain bearing block even though the add shows a photo with ball bearings.For the money it seems to be a decently made block for non-critical uses. I would use this block in a critical position on big water. There is some excess play in the bearing but it should be okay for most small boats.Only time will tell how it will hold up.
