This item said it was for small and medium sized dogs. I have a GSD puppy and he was way too big for this. It didn't even fully fit a pee pad in it.This would be much better for a XS or S dog, for sure.It was easy to put the pee pad in (though I had to fold the edges of the pad), and easy enough to clean, but it's super light so the dog thought it was a toy and kept trying to grab the white handle and move the thing about.

This is small so it is best for a small dog. This is the only one that my dog couldn’t dismantle. The puppy pad stays in the holder because my dog can’t rip it out.
