The unit does have capabilities to modify the frequency of the audio which helped calibrate it to remove noise (still some noise present). The channels do change so you can find the "best" one. I say "best" because channels are spotty and mapping is wrong. My setup potentially introduced points of failures, but at the end of the day I was able to get things working. - Firestick ran into an HDMI Splitter - 1 end of HDMI splitter ran into Television for HD input - 1 end of HDMI splitter ran into HDMI to RCA converter (this unit is kind of crummy) - RCA from HDMI converter ran into THIS UNIT - RCA to RF Converter/modulator - RF Modulator output connected to Coax input cable that used to go to my TV. This cable comes from my home's main distribution area. Since I connected this to the RF Modulator output, at the distribution area, I set that end of the coax as the signal input for my house. - Signal booster at distribution source - Coaxial cables ran throughout my house to display my Firestick(Biggest issues were with PSU units on all the various converters, they are not very tolerant or isolated, and work best when ran directly into walls, otherwise many issues were getting introduced.)Firesticks work great (in concept) for this given their bluetooth remotes. I have range of the actual firestick from anywhere in my house. So all i have to do is have the one remote to control the input that gets broadcast to all TVs in my house.HOWEVER, - Does NOT come with remote (even though it has the IR) - The channels that the unit modulates the output on do NOT match what the unit says (ie I'm on 18 on my TV but 22 on the unit). - the unit came with a USB cable, but not a PSU adapter (DC adapter). This is quite frustrating because these little converter units are not very tolerant to other devices and may require more than a standard cube style 5v adapter. I was having some issues with phone charger adapters (even a 5v 1a unit). I ended up pulling a usb Power adapter I bought for a raspberry pi, and it worked as expected. - There could have been some types of issues with the overall setup of some of the other converters in my setup, but just including a working PSU adapter for this would resolve this issue. - I had to set TVs to 'Air' vs. 'Cable' (expected, but forgot to on some TVs) - (obviously) the output is 480p or less, but quality did not look too bad on old TVs, and was tolerable on 40inch+ television(s). Quality is far from HD, but what was expected given my overall setup.UPDATE: Moved to 1 star, it is quite frustrating that it does NOT work as advertised. Channels from 21 to 69 are off by a few numbers, and most don't actually work. When you find a good one it isn't on the correct station. The product is useable but far from design. Might as well get a single channel unit that works vs a variable channel that only works on 1 channel.RE-UPDATE: Junk - absolute junk. The 'Good' channel is now changing so i have to find it when i go to use this. Complete and utter piece of crap. DO NOT BUY!!!!RE-RE-UPDATE: SAVE YOURSELF AGONY DO NOT BUY. THIS THING ALWAYS POWER CYCLES. IT IS CRAP!

Put the modulator on channel 55. Plugged everything in. Went to TV and scanned for channels. TV found the modulator on channel 59. Picture was snowy and all static for audio. Maybe I didn't understand the instructions. The instructions were confusing at best.
