Tegular edged tiles protrude below the grid system when installed. The tegular effect is appealing to some people and can break up the flat look of a ceiling. One thing to consider when choosing a tegular edge tile is that trimming the tiles to fit into smaller areas or border spaces requires an additional level of attention and a slight increase of installation difficulty. The Arena Mineral Fiber Ceiling Tile has a class A fire rated as well as a noise reduction (NRC) rating of .40. The tiles advanced materials and construction meet ASTM D5116 for the highest air quality standards. The 1/2" thickness facilitates insulation batting on top of the tile without sagging.

Pattern as described but There’s no polish. Residue come off by a light touch.Very messy . Great size. I wouldn’t recommend.

Instead of a box of 10, two boxes of 5 tiles each was received. Both boxes were well packed and arrived in good, not perfect but good condition. Five tiles in one box had damaged corners. As they were needed to complete a project they were used as is.

This company first of all is a delight to work with. Had a few questions and they answered them asap. As for the tiles. The quality is fantastic, they are light and easy to install, and very easy to cut and trim to size. Will definitely order from them again, and also suggest to my friends that are looking for ceiling tiles. Most companies only over the PVC tiles which are flimsy. This company's tiles are made from ginsum (hope I spelled this correctly).

Product is fine, but the delivery service left the very heavy box at the top of the driveway at my elderly moms house!!!
