Bought these for my van winter emergency kit. They burn a long time, are more stable than dinner candles, and put off just enough heat to keep hands warm or melt snow for drinking water.

While my 4x4 is modified for nasty weather with 3 peak rated tires. Modified lighting,no-freeze washer fluid and severe condition wiper blades. Gasline antifreeze added at fill ups. Mechanically maintained overall.You never know.I keep one of these, a quality lighter and matches in the crewcab. Toss in a blanket. You would be surprised how warm you, any passengers can stay until help arrives.I always recommend to people

In the past, I've purchased oil candles and they work really really well until they sit for an extended amount of time and the oil evaporates Even though I've never opened them.That's the biggest reason I like this candle, it can sky on the shelf for years and still be just as good as new. The tin can is durable and easy to store. It's a great size for staying at home, camper, office or even your car.With three candle wicks it'll put out plenty of light and heat as needed. If say it's definitely worth every penny for the peace of mine to have a few of these in reserve.

Compact. Multiple wicks give you options for how much heat/light vs burn time you require. I keep it in the bottom of our camping box for just in case scenarios.
