For the price paid for this little bad boy, I expect some volume. I was unpleasantly surprised with how little volume was produced,even set at 100% volume. Just something to know before making the purchase.

This chime is a great product to have in cahoots with your doorbell. I included a picture showing how far it sticks out from the wall socket. I put mine in a spot that no one sees, so I am fine with the chime sticking out.

At first didn’t want to keep it although it worked perfect. Wanted to send it back because of the sound it makes when someone presses the doorbell. Only 1 sound available and absolutely not my taste (it actually irritates me), but decided to keep it as we didn’t have another option.

The set up and product quality are easy and excellent. BUT the max volume level is so low, and there are no chime options, that it's actually useless.Ubiquiti must address this urgently.

It is wireless and provides a chime remotely from the access keypad. It only makes one announcement unlike the door chime on the access pad which keeps chiming until the request times out or is cancelled.
