For $35 this was a decent buy. It's pretty sturdy and the light quality is great. It moves nicely and is not too heavy. Some parts are metal but some are plastic, so it's obviously not a top of the line lamp that will last forever, but to me its worth this price. Some of the knobs don't really seem to tighten and I'm not sure how long it will hold up. But for $35 this was a decent buy.The clip seems pretty sturdy and it only took me around 5 mins to set it up. Very easy and I only glanced at the directions, didn't really need them though because it was pretty easy. My main gripe is that it doesn't come in white... Other than that I'm happy with it.

Everyone else has commented about the light so I am skipping anything about that. I really wanted something that could help me make painting videos and would be sturdy enough to hold my phone or camera for a few hours.THIS is lightweight and easy to put together, but is SUPER sturdy and has enough adjustments it isn't going to come loose or get shaky anytime soon. Perfectly fit my needs!

Great value for the money height is adjustable I really like the Bluetooth controller for the camera does come with a few attachments the only mishap I had was one of the small attachments broke when installing it was a swivel the screw was crossed threaded on arrival didn’t end up use it and didn’t effect the overall product highly recommend

I'd been looking around for one of these for awhile and after reading reviews I picked this one.My iPhone XR fits in the middle perfectly (also fits the larger iphones and androids). Can set up camera angle vertical or horizontal and it sits in the middle of the ring so you don't get any shadow spots.The ring itself was put together already which was nice. Easily assembled to the tripod stand. Very bright, different settings, it's perfect. I even use it just for additional lighting when it's nighttime.BEST PART OF IT: the tripod stand is tall. All 3 legs extend out and have clips to keep it in place. I've noticed many other tripod ring lights have the tripod legs at the bottom with a single pole that extends up but they are very sensitive with phones on them because they become top heavy... This tripod stand was perfect because the legs extended, therefore it's not a hassle because the base is much more stable and it doesn't fall over with a phone on it.Only problem I had: the clicker works perfect and very easy to connect. If you have the clicker on and you set it down for awhile it becomes disconnected from my phone. Not a big issue at all.. All I have to do is flip the clicker off and back on and it works again. If you are continuously using it though, there are no issues with it!Packaging it was sent in was nice, they were boxed up inside of the whole shipping box. Nothing was damaged upon arrival. Shipped very quickly, arrived in 2 days. Tripod stand also came with a carrying case. Wall plugin for light is awesome because I'm not having to change out batteries at all for it to have power!Thanks for a great product! Would 100% recommend to others.

As many of you my professional life has moved online. I work as a teacher and film/tv actor. For online meetings, this thing is great as it lights up you face well and doesn't cast harsh shadows behind you. For taped auditions it's very bright and lights up a medium-wide shot no problem. No fancy light kit required. It comes with a tripod, a cellphone holder, a universal mount thing; there's a lot in the box and it's easy to set the thing up anywhere and anyhow you want. The quality is so-so. The light itself is good and bright with three colour settings, natural, warm, and cool. It doesn't flicker and is consistent throughout. The tripod and attachments are all cheap feeling plastic but at this price point you shouldn't expect more. It's good enough just for a light but I wouldn't bang it around or anything.A side benefit I noticed is that my family has relegated me to the basement for my home office, there's no windows or natural light there. After one morning meeting I left the light on and noticed I worked better throughout the day, it was like having a window there. Not a very scientific experiment but I've been leaving it running all day and out of the corner of you eye it does feel like a window and is helping me stay focused on work.

This UbeeSize Ring light comes with a sturdy tripod and emits adequate lighting/ While the controls are on the tripod, it really needs an additional wireless BT remote control to change the light intensity when working beyond the reach of your arms. Having to physically touch the tripod risks having the unit tip over. Because the Ring Light and controls are integrated, it limits any future replacement to a proprietory UbeeSize light. The length of the AC cord is short and limited to indoor use only and nearby power outlet. A USB end that could be attached to the AC adapter would have made more sense than just an AC plug. Despite these shortcomings, the tripod is superior to the flimsy competition that really can't support a smartphone. I have a another USB Ring light that is more functional but has a flimsy tripod but it is very portable, unlike this unit. The intensity of this AC unit light is not that much brighter than my USB unit, so UBEE needs to seriously consider retrofitting its Ring light to use both options. A bit pricey but seems like Ring lights are in demand and it took much too long to receive this product. Will keep the unit, as the tripod can serve other purposes.

I work in real estate and with everything that's going on we are moving towards online virtual tours and open houses rather than in-person ones. I bought this tripod and ring light for the purpose of our live broadcasts and it has proven extremely useful. The tripod is compact and lightweight; don't use it outside in the wind, but indoors it is great and very stable! The phone clamp can accommodate a large variety of devices, and the ring light produces A LOT of extra light. I prefer the softer light over the bluish tone, but it does both! The tripod even has a little level to show you if it you've positioned it right. Overall very happy with the purchase.
