First off, I haven't received the time clock itself yet but we have setup all 60+ employees and tried a soft introduction.Findings so far are mostly that the software lacks a lot of proper implementation of features.* vacation administration is very basic. Eventhough employees can be assigned to shifts and departments with fixed work days and times, the vacation requests don't consider any of this. We are closed on Sundays, yet if an employee requests 3 weeks vacation, we need to manually set all Sundays to 0 work hours. Supervisor or administrator can't change it for the employee.* administrator and supervisor users are not considered employees and need seperate accounts to have their hours registered. Since email addresses are unique in the system, admin and supervisors need to setup up additional email addresses to get their own timecard or other data.* users can't change their basic personal data themselves (address, password etc)* geolocation for smartphone punches and many other location based data are only based on USA. There's no option to change addresses of employees to outside the USA and the geolocation for punches is useless outside the USA.* shift and/or manpower scheduling are totally underdeveloped and so not intuitive it's useless. You can assign shifts to employees but for a schedule you still need to assign every employee every single day. There r no templates or any intelligence to make it easier to use.* tip system is as underdeveloped. It's there but so basic and so many daily adjustments to be entered, it's useless.* certain features in the web portal are terribly slow to even open..Customer support is very quick, friendly and decent. Big plus there. It's just too bad they can't make a Toyota out of this limping tricycle.Hopefully the time clocks will at least be able to keep track of the actual work hours and with the (not customizable) reports, we will try to create a somehow workable solution for our restaurant.Tech support did take note of my recommendations and they might consider implementing some of them of enough customers request the same items. Considering this software seems to have a few more customers already, I honestly can't believe they never received the same feedback I gave them. The above mentioned missing features are as far as I can see it, issues for any of their customers with more than 2 employees.I'll update when the hardware arrives...========================================We received the punch clocks.The system seems to be able to let employees punch, the data itself is not useable for payrol or scheduling, so simply export that data and import it in our own systems where we can clean up the data and make it useful.uAttend still seems like its very underdeveloped software but since the timeclocks only work with uattend, we will find ways to compensate for the lack of intelligence in the software..The monthly subscription seems rather high for the system they offer..

I’ve bought over 10 of these for my business. And I found the best price here. However, even though they say new, it would appear that some may be refurbished. I say this because after removing yhr protective film on 2 of them, you can clearly see some scratches and wear on a corner or two. But outside of that they worked perfectly fine and because of the savings I was more than satisfied

Looking for the right device,I made a research and I finally bought one before I got this one. The other came in Chinese, the menu and the instructions. Since I don't speak Chinese, I returned it and got this one.I must say I am very happy with it. It took a couple of phone calls to the support to set it up, but they were very nice and once I got it set up, it is easy to use and the online software is great. You can access from any where since it's cloud base and from any device.It's the best one for it's price.

Sending this device back tomorrow. Unfortunately, as posted in another review, the wireless capability of this unit is awful. I run an apple airport extreme in my 3500 square foot office and I have not had any issues at all with any wireless device to date - PC, MAC, tablet, iphones, android phones, multiple laptops, thermostat, temperature monitor etc....every single device has a strong wifi signal even at the farthest reaches of the office with no issues with connectivity or holding a signal, while this unit, after hours and hours on the phone with technical support (who were very friendly), usually could not detect a wifi signal, and when it could, it could not hold the signal for loner than 5 minutes sitting literally 10 feet from the router. After several attempts, over multiple days we have finally given up. Entire product also feels a little cheap and poorly made. Not sure how the software is with this as I haven't really had a chance to use it. Price seems OK for this type of biometric cloud timeclock scanner, but I would recommend spending a little more money for a higher quality product.

NO OFFLINE TIMEKEEPING FUNCTION. It was unpleasant to discover if the connection to the internet is lost for any reason (router, wifi, modem, power, etc) there is NO buffering ability to allow employees to clock in or out for a period of time. It just seems like that would have been essential. Otherwise I like the web based functionality. It is easy to manage employees and produce reports that way. The fingerprint function is just OK. It often takes my employees 3-4 tries before it reads their fingers.

I just ordered this from Amazon with ALOT of hesitancy. I read the reviews and became more concerned about my ability to get this item up and running. Knowing Amazons return policies I decided I would give it a try. When I first received the item it was well packaged and seemed fairly easy to install, but I was nervous with the posts I have read before. I got it started surprisingly quick but ran into a snag in syncing with my system, so i made the dreaded call to the supposedly terrible customer service. Within minutes I had a live English Speaking American on the phone that found and walked me through my problem is about 3 minutes. Man that was terrible (Not Really it was very pleasant) Next I synced the finger prints of my 10 employees into the pad. Easy and Painless. I downloaded the app on my phone and Now I can see who is in, who is out, what my current spend is at the push of a button on my phone. My employees can clock in on their phone with GPS coordinate and clock in on their computers when working from home. I have to be honest. I LOVE THIS SYSTEM. Exactly what I am looking for. Dont always believe the haters that have no business using technology anyway. Very easy, Very Clean, Great customer service, Reasonable monthly fee.
