The magnetic board comes with:One dry erase markerDouble sided velcro tape mounting tabsOne decorative magnetMeasurement of the board is 14x11.Each square is 1 inch 5/8 x 1 inch 3/4.The enclosed dry erase marker is good (has eraser on end). But if you intend on writing quite a few things in one square, you may want to buy some fine point markers so you can fit more text into each square.The included decorative magnet is to be used to mark the current day. It's not intended to hold items, but can hold the weight of a small note.Only the front side is magnetized (not the back).There isn't anything on the backside of the board except cardboard. If you don't want to mount the board using the enclosed velcro adhesive stickers, there is no additional method to mount or hang the board (ex. No pre-existing holes or cutout to use string and hang). So you'll have to diy and rig up something.Since I like the board on our fridge, I opted to buy some magnets to stick on back and mount it. It's not that you can't use adhesive tabs on your fridge... But I prefer the ease of magnets (no ripping velcro sound when removing board, no risk for adhesive residue/staining when eventually removing tabs).If you are going to buy magnets, make sure you buy 4 (one for each corner). This prevents sliding and wobbling. Or just buy the magnetic strips.Very happy with the purchase and recommend! I actually purchased two for the fridge so we can keep track of current month and what's coming up the following month.

I do like the calendar. It is easy to clean. The quality of it is good. The writing space to is really small. The magnet strength isn't really all that strong. I will recommend having this in a child's room..

This is a very nice dry erase board. It has a clear and clean calendar on it that is perfect for Seniors too. It works very well to note appointments for older seniors so they do not forget things. Very good quality for the money.

so i initially bought this with the intention to sticking it to my whiteboard attached to my desk because i was under the impression that the back had magnets lol. whiteboards are magnetic so that's how i got confused and thought that the back had magnets. it doesn't lol. it comes with velcro adhesives. i find that the adhesive size doesn't stick well to the wall at all. besides that, it does what it's supposed to do
