Over all I love this projector. I turned the lights off and shown it on my ceiling just to try it out and I was very pleased. The volume gets very loud and is perfect for a movie roomsports dengarage for outdoor viewing at night. The picture was very easy to make more rectangular than a trapezoid shape. The unit itself is fairly large and approximately 6 to 8 inches long. The picture can be projected very large and using the focus is very easy. Also the unit can rotate over 180°.I would def recommend this projector to anyone who is looking for a projector.I would also suggest buying a projector screen which does not come with this purchase.

This is honestly a pretty good deal for the price. The picture quality is sharp and colors look great, especially in a dark room. It's super light and easy to carry around, and the 180° rotation is actually really useful for projecting on different surfaces.. The auto keystone correction helps a lot too. The only cons part is it doesn’t support Dolby sound. Overall, it’s a solid little projector for movies.

This is a very great projector for the price, the advertised 1080P resolution can be achieved at certain screen size about 75inches. The is great for travel and kids room and screen size is adequate for those applications.Project on white surface for better quality of the picture. The sound coming from built-in speaker is not loud enough you need to connect with external speaker. The iOS mirroring could be better, but we can't expect more from such a small device. If you are in the market for small projector, this is not a bad product to give a try.

So far I am very much enjoying the use of the Tecaki Mini Projector. My spouse and I have been wanting some alternative device to watch shows in the bedroom since we had been just watching shows off of our laptops before bed. Our bedroom is super small and the only other option was really to mount a TV to the wall, but that is way more than we want to spend, since our budget is less than a hundred bucks. Tecaki Mini Projector fits the bill.We ended up mounting it to the headboard with a small shelf and using clips to attach it to the shelf and it has been working great. We just about reached the max length of the projection which is about 9ish feet from the wall to the projector. It was easy to use the dial to adjust so the picture is clearer. At the distance that we were from the projector, the edges are kind of “pixelated” but it doesn’t seem to affect the picture quality. Depending on the angle, the device seems to be able to adjust accordingly to the angle in which you project to the wall.We have only tried connecting it via HDMI to the laptop. There are other means of connecting it (like through your smart device or usb stick) that we haven’t tried yet so cannot comment how easy or hard it may be to set up. But if you use a laptop and an HDMI cable, it is literally plug and play. When the lights are off, the colors seem true to what is on the laptop and have made our evening ritual of watching some shows before bed very enjoyable, like being at the movies.A few notes that it’s not really that “mini” as it has the diameter of a 2 liter soda bottle but it is certainly smaller and lighter than a heavy duty projector (like one you would use for a classroom or auditorium). The remote does not come with batteries so you will need to supply your own (remote seems to work well though). And you can only project straight ahead and not to the side.A small complaint is that it is pretty loud, though we have it mounted on the headboard right by our heads, so that’s probably our fault. And I have experienced projectors that were much louder. But something to be aware of still. At the time of this writing, I purchased the Tecaki Mini Projector for $70 + 20% off coupon and I can say it is very much worth the cost and is a good value. It’s not a lot of money so don’t expect it to perform the same as something that costs way more than what it is. It’s really great for indoor use in a small room and fits my needs perfectly. If this thing ever gives up the ghost or presents other issues, I will be back to update the review.

For the price, you must keep your expectations within reason. Personally, I am pleasantly surprised with the products performance. What's in the box: - Projector unit - HDMI cable - Power cable - Couple swabs to clean the lens - Remote controlThe unit is small and roughly the size of a 32oz water bottle. The small unit size and portability was striking, but that made it a bit more confusing that there isn't a carrying case or sack. It was a nice surprise to learn that this unit does come with built in speakers! I didn't gather that from the product description. Although, the speakers aren't very good.My test equipment: - iPhone 16 Pro - USB-C to HDMI conversion cable - Anker Soundcore Motion+My test parameters: - I used the cables to connect my iPhone 16 Pro to the projector itself. - I used BT to sync the projector to the Anker soundcore motion+ to stream the music/sound and act as the front speakers.I set it up in our flex room @ 5:30pm (sunset @ 5:25pm), which has white textured wallpaper, and booted up a new Netflix movie. I ran into a couple issues: 1. I was getting weird bars on the projector output. Do you remember, back in the day, when televisions receive that rainbow bar screen and that high toned emergency beep? It reminded me of that. 2. The sound was just awful. Like... it was staticky, out of pitch and just clearly something was wrong.I disconnected all the HDMI cables and blew into them. It worked! I guess I'm more or less surprised at how sensitive the connectors are to possible debris. The Good: - It's cheap! My intended use is for my kids sleepovers, and random late night outdoor videos. - The lens is 180* adjustable. Easy to get the proper height. - Easy to adjust the lens focus, based on your distance. Some feedback and things I noticed: - They describe this product as short throw. It is not. It's nearly a 1' to 1' distance ratio. I set the projector 36" from the wall, and I received a screen size of 32". I set the projector 84" from the wall, and I received a screen size of roughly 88". - The remote works, but it is either laggy or bad. Clicking buttons takes a moment to respond, or I had to click the button multiple times to get to projector settings. - The built in speakers are bad. The bluetooth worked well, so that's probably the way to go. - The bulb in the projector is very low lumens. I tried to run the projector during the day with very little success. Even at night the colors were way below average. The unit does have picture settings to adjust and increase the contrast and brightness. For the price, the sound was great but I was running it through my Anker speakers. And at this price, the picture was average to pretty good.I understand this projector is Going camping? This would provide a cool experience.Want a movie night in the backyard? The kids would enjoy this.Have a movie night to project on the ceiling? The kids may think this is the coolest thing.I think the novelty and infrequent use of this product is great for the price.
