scheint bei TwoNav Programm zu sein. Die Hardware hinterlässt einen guten Eindruck, jedoch ist sie wegen fehlender Lizensen, nicht ordentlich zum Laufen zu bringen. TwoNav fordert wiederholt auf Substriktionen zu erwerben, um die Lizensen für die Software freischalten zu können. Das trotz mitgelieferte Zusage für eine Jahreslizens. Keine brauchbare Rückmeldung seitens des Supports, aber sofort eine Kaufaufforderung für vermeintlich vergessene Artikel im Warenkorb. Ich warte immer noch auf die Freischaltung meiner erworbenen Artikel. Viele vollmundigen Versprechen ohne Substanz. Würde heute die Finger davon lassen.Update. 30.10.23 Der Service hat sich trotz zahlreicher Rückmeldungen meinerseits, weiterhin verschlechtert. Ich konnte mir kaum vorstellen, das es möglich ist. Das Gerät hat sich mehrfach während unterschiedlicher Touren aufgehangen und es musste erst der Akku umständlich entfernt werden, die Stromversorgung unterbrochen werden, um es überhaupt wieder zu erwecken. Weiß gar nicht, was Rettungsdienste, die sich dieses Gerätes bedienen, dann machen. Dann braucht es der aufwändigen parallelen Störungsmeldung an Twonav, einmal im/per Gerät und einmal über den Service auf der Twonav Homepage. Nach Tagen melden sich dann mal jemand und verweist darauf, dass eine andere Abteilung melden werde, was wiederum Tage oder gar Wochen später erfolgt. Zunächst wurde gesagt die SD Karte sei defekt, die ich habe extern prüfen lassen und als funktionsfähig angegeben wurde. Dann, auf meine erneute wiederholte Initiative hin, wurde gesagt, das Gerät müsse eingeschickt werden. Umständliche Retour nach Spanien, die allein über eine Woche per UPS in Anspruch nahm. Nach Tagen kam eine Mail, das die Reparatur mindestens 3 Wochen in Anspruch nehme + wieder vergelichbare Rücksendung zu mir. Kein Angebot für ein Austauschgerät, keine Antwort zu meinen Rückmeldungemn, obwohl ich explizit darum gebeten habe, bezüglich des Services. Mein Eindruck, exorbitant viel Werbung für ein unausgereiftes Gerät und der Kunde wird alleingelassen, wenn ein Defekt auftritt. Der erste Eindruck kurz nach dem Kauf wurde mir bestätigt. Also kann ich nur jedem abraten, sich auf diese Firma einzulassen.

No lo he probado en campo al devolverlo al día siguiente: el joystick no funciona en una de las direcciones. Con las teclas de zoom a los lados el joystick va muy bien para moverse por el mapa. La pantalla algo justa de tamaño, el de un teléfono móvil aproximadamente. Cierre de la batería muy engorroso de manipular. Tapa de la conexión USB endeble. Caro, habida cuenta que al precio del dispositivo hay que sumar el de los mapas regionales (30€) o el de España (100€) si van a explotarse al máximo las posibilidades del producto.Me interesaba porque muy harto de Garmin, y este estar fabricado en España. Si baja el precio o sacan una versión con una pantalla algo mayor, pensaré si adquirirlo de nuevo.
