It falls apart/unscrews just from ringing it out. Super unstable and buckles and bends when you push it to scrub with any type of force on the floor.

The mop head detached from the part that screws on to the pole after the first use. I’m now unable to reattach it or wring it out. Tried to look for a contact for the seller to request a replacement mop head without any luck. I guess my options are to return the entire mop or spend extra money on a replacement mop head. Very disappointed.

Like most reviews, it did not come with any instructions on how to put together. I actually looked at another reviewer's pictures to put it together. Otherwise, I did not use it as yet, but I think it will be like any other self-wring mop.

Pretty self explanatory how to use it, very easy to assemble, and great for smaller floor surfaces where you don’t need a heavy duty mop. Does a decent enough job, and the lightweight makes it easy to use for mobility restricted people.

Easy to use and it wrings really well. The handle is light weight and in sections so you can fit this in your trunk or store it anywhere. Very absorbent and I like the twist to wring-- you never have to touch the dirty water. Recommend.

No instructions, had to guess on assembly based on the product photos. I'm not entirely sure why it has the ability to lock because it doesn't seem to offer any useful benefit while cleaning, so maybe that feature is just for storage. Materials and construction seem quality. I'm not sure if it's okay to put the dirty mop head in the washer or not, the listing doesn't specify how to clean it and there's no instructions.

The mop comes in several pieces with no instructions. It is pretty simple and straight forward to assemble until you get to the mophead with the wringer. That part is tricky at first but once you figure it out with little thought you will laugh at yourself for being baffled at first. The mop itself is absorbent and cleans effectively and is ample with the cotton strings. It is not heavy and is plenty long enough for no bending or back stress using it. It is a strong handle and when you wring it you just twist the plastic handle and the lock releases and the head moves itself down into position for your next section. I love I do not have to touch the water and it is light weight even wet but still has the cleaning power of an bulkier /heavier mop. I lost zero strings cleaning with it. This is a huge improvement to our old string mops.
