I have had my mop for years it finally stopped spinning haven’t tried the replacement yet but this is the best mop ever.

I was glad I didn’t have to buy the whole system and could just buy the mop handle. It works perfectly and came in a timely manner.

We love this mop, but the handles have broken on us quite often. This is our 4th handle we've had to order in the last 2 years.

I've been using this mop set for many years, in fact since the TV infomercial.I've only replaced the mop once, but needed to do it again - little pieces of plastic are coming off and it doesn't really spin.Need to find another option, but the issue is the length- this one is great for my tall family.

Love this gadget but you just read the instructions on how to handle it thoroughly because it can break easily if not handled correctly. My B.I.L used it when I wasn’t there and he wasn’t sure how to correctly mop with it so he ended up breaking my first one. But I do love how easy it is to clean with it and that I can toss the washable part into the washing machine for a fresh new part.

Both the bucket and the handle broke at the same time, bucket was almost impossible to spin which may have caused the head of the mop to snap off. Have had this mop in the past and had good luck but I expect it to last longer than 8 months.

my twist and shout mops (I have two sets) are my most prized and oft-used cleaning implements since the day they first arrived several years ago. I keep both buckets and mops at the ready, always. whenever I dump dirty water I immediately refill with clean water and soap with a bit of bleach, and put it back in its usual spot with the mops standing in the spinner. bought a case of mop heads so I'd never be without (toss them in the washing machine and they're like new. I use cold water, detergent, and vinegar, with an extra rinse cycle).fractured my leg about six weeks ago and a friend was helping me around the house. he'd never used a twist and shout, and accidentally broke one of the mops. I immediately ordered this replacement because I cannot imagine having to keep this place (a home for wayward cats) clean without two of them. I use one for a first-mop and then one to re-mop whatever has just been cleaned.the broken mop holds sentimental value (DON'T JUDGE ME), so I'm going to clean and cut it down, and use the metal bars for something else around here. probably to go through the front wheels of my trikkes, holding them on the wall rack near the front door.it's impossible to describe how much I love these things. they clean better than any mop I've ever used (friends have the hurricane version and I'm not a fan. they've said they wish they knew about the twist and shouts before buying theirs), and can suck up unbelievable amounts of water. my washer broke and began flooding the laundry room the day after my first twist and shout arrived. I still had a standard sponge mop near the washing machine but it wasn't helping at all. ran to the back of the house, got the twist and shout, and I swear in a few swipes the floor was practically dry and the bucket was almost full. that was it for me; I immediately ordered the second set and the case of mop heads. these mops are amazing...
