Does not have d.o.t placard so cannot have this tank filled at a commercial establishment only by your own compressor so if you think you are going to local dive shop to have filled they will not fill it and it doesn’t come with the proper assembly instructions and I thought this was d.o.t certified it is not from the information I have at handinformation on parts or maintenance manufacturers refuse to honor warranty on products they sell so don’t buy and expect them to fix anything the cannot be filled in the united states unless you buy compressors and don’t buy they’re ones mine broke in 5 minutes and won’t fill half liter tank and once again the manufacturer refuses to honor warranty on product with they’re name on it so buyer beware they will not honor warranty on they’re products products they sell and these tanks can not be filled at shop they are not dot certified
