I have purchased so many turkey basters in my life. Every one of them, I had issues with, mostly with the rubber piece falling off whether I was basting, or cleaning it. That piece would always fall off and them I would throw it out because I was so frustrated. This one is the beat so far. I have used it at least 5 times. I use it for basting not only turkeys, but chickens and even roasts. Definitely recommend it.

My turkey was fabulous because I didn’t have to keep opening the oven to check the temp. the thermometer gave me accurate info, so all I had to do was baste!

If you need a baster this gets the job done at a great price with some nice accessories to boot. Steel body is nice for food safety reasons.
