Si bien la calidad del producto parece decente, no funciona como una unidad atornillada. Si se instala atornillado en mi C10 de 1983, dejaría un espacio de 1/4 de pulgada a lo largo de la sección superior del marco. Sin embargo, funciona bien como unidad soldada.El producto se recibió rápido y sin daños.

Kit was complete. Maybe upgrade bolts to grade 8, but prob not necessary. Watch for brake lines, wires etc before cutting! Frame cut easily with cutting disk on a mini grinder. Used grinding disk to deburr and put a rad on the corners before installing bracket. I had to be careful of brake line on pass side. I used brace to draw out line on frame where to cut. And test fit a few times so it slipped onto frame. C-clamp it, then drill holes. After first hole, use a bolt to hold it in place, then drill rest of holes. Went together rather well. I had a pair of Energy Suspension bump stops in drawer, worked perfect.

I liked the way it had been fabricated looked very well-made. I purchased it for my 851/2 ton short box c10 pick up. instruction stated that the hardware was grade 8. It wasn't so I purchased grade 8 bolts and nuts so they could be torqued to the right spec. They also were not half-inch the holes drilled in the product were half inch holes. The bolts were metric. I also wished there had been instructions on where to center the C notches in the frame. The way I did it. I compress the rear end all the way to the frame, using it for Jack and straps to a bar across the top of the frame when you press the rear end upward when it is connected to the frame in the front and also to the shackles in the rear as you compress it, the rear end moves backwards, so the rear end in the proper location so when you do compress the rear end when you're driving, it does not hit the frame other than that. All I did to finish was welded 1 inch tacks all the way around inside and outside just to secure C notch to frame . I don't believe it would be necessary to weld it but I did it just for peace of mind. Thank you for a good product.
