The rubber seal was not glued or adhered with anything at all just sitting there so when we put new synthetic oil into our machine all of it leaked out onto shop floor. All of it...So I am going to replace the oil and filter .Update update!!!! I ...could not ask for better customer service ...responded to our review and had options for us to resolve it....if an issue comes up this is how you handle it...

The oil filter was not a Kawasaki oil filter. So I was afraid it would void the warranty if I used it on my mower that is still under warranty.
