Worked well and dried puffy. I will say that a larger area is harder to get "even" without showing the strokes from filling it in so we mostly used it for raised dotting.

I can never make puff paint puff, but I love the color and it washes and dries beautifully!! The color is what I needed more than the puffiness anyways.

Fast prompt delivery of paint as described. For reasons I do not understand at all, amazon phone help refunded the $3.45 total cost. I called amazon help to get HELP with a completely different item I ordered on that same day in the same shopping cart WITH A DIFFERENT INVOICE NUMBER. I am baffled as to why amazon phone help did this. HELLO TULIP GET THIS REVERSED i WANT TO PAY YOU FOR THE ITEM I RECEIVED, I APPRECIATE TULIP CRAFT PAINTS, I WOULD DO THIS MYSELF, BUT I THINK THE PHONE SERVICE THAT IS NOT IN AMERICA HAS DIFFICULTY COMPREHENDING PLAIN ENGLISH. NOT ONCE DID I MENTION TULIP PAINT IN MY PHONE CALL, PERHAPS SOMEONE WAS JUST IN A HURRY TO GET TO THE NEXT CALL? ? ? A SIMPLE MISTAKE, PERHAPS? BUT BAFFLING, GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES !!!

It’s such a pretty color. It is metallic but it’s very pale on lighter colors so u have to go over and over again . Otherwise very nice

The best fabric paint I've used is Tulip. Whatever the colour or style, they're the best so far, and I've tried a few I can tell you. But none are (in my opinion) comparable to Tulip fabric paints.The t-shirt (photo attached) has been done using only Tulip fabric paints. Mainly puffy paint - to get a 3d skull effect and overlaid (after getting the puffy stuff raised with a steam iron) with slick colours and glow in the dark, for the extra freak factor.Nearly time to get 'him' out again, to frighten a few more shoppers, lol
