These are really easy to set up and use. Produces very bright colors to do all types of tie dying. The worked well, and we were able to make multiple shirts with one set/ it was worth the money.

Great dye. I loved the instructions showing how to use the rubber bands for different patterns - that was very helpful. Nice colors, very bright and easy to use!

I bought this for a youth activity to dye socks and it did NOT disappoint. Vibrant colors. Even out of the wash (after multiple washes) the colors have held true. It was easy to mix and use! Great value!

This tie-dye kit was awesome. The colours were very vibrant and held great with 100% cotton material. So many colours available for a great price! Will be purchasing again in the future for next tie-dye get together!

I'm 42 and have always wanted to tie dye a shirt. Finally, at long last, my 7yo requested it as a birthday party activity; now was the time! I watched a few YouTube videos ahead of time, purchased a 7-pack of white undershirts, and pre-banded the shirts into the classic spiral pattern. You'll have to take into consideration the ability of each participant to wear the gloves, wrap the shirt into the desired pattern, and not make a mess everywhere. (Even with adults, though, it'll still probably be a messy undertaking.) Here are my tips:- Wear aprons- On the table, lay down plastic and then paper towels. Then put a stainless steel drying rack where each shirt will be. This way the wet shirts will not be sitting in puddles of dripped dye.- Double-bag the shirts in Zip-Loc gallon-sized bags for kids to take home- On the Zip-Loc bag, write the instructions for parents in Sharpie.- Don't put purple, green, or orange next to each other; they can turn a muddy brown- If working with kids, an 1:2 adult child ratio is helpful!- If possible, work outside. Bring a pitcher of water and funnel out and fill the dye bottles away from any precious surfaces.Everything turned out great! There was even dye left over after the kids were done, so I grabbed an old shirt for myself and made my tie-dye dreams come true.I would recommend this kit for adults, teenagers, and kids over 5, specifically those who will follow instructions. The kit was easy to use and the directions were simple and straightforward. Great buy!

Los colores son bonitos y vibrantes, además de que como viene bastante da para hacer una fiesta con amigos sin problemas, hablo desde la experiencia. Tiene las gomas, guantes... todo lo necesario. Si que aconsejo bañar las camisetas primero en sosa para que coja bien los pigmentos y lavar varias veces las camisetas después de teñirlas para evitar sustos si las juntas con otras prendas.

I have bought this kit 3 times now, and I love it! Colors stay bright after multiple washes (in cold or eco-warm-just because that's what I usually run the washer on). I made burp/spit up rags and crib sheets with the first batch so they have spent quite a bit of time in the washer, not to mention that I have soaked them in Oxyclean and it doesn't ruin the colors. The first 2 pictures are all the items I did with one single kit this last time (don't mind the gag gift boxers LOL). The final picture is from when I first tried this kit 15 months ago and it has survived well through all the washings and the Oxyclean soaks. I do suggest cotton fabric but I noticed that some brands put a thin waxy coating on their fabrics to keep it clean for shipping, so I just wash them on warm with just a little detergent and dry them before binding them. I had no problems with the brands Haines or Fruit of the Loom and didn't prewash them, but had to massage it a bit as I dyed them for full saturation. Here's what I did:1) I rubber band the fabrics I want to dye with the rubber bands included in the kit, but I also pick up an extra package or two of rubber bands just to make the designs more intricate.2) I fill each bottle with half the needed amount of water, replace the caps and shake well to dissolve all powder because sometimes the powder can get stuck to the bottom of the bottle. Then I fill the bottles up the rest of the way and shake again. WEAR GLOVES even at this stage or you will have to scrub for days to get it off your skin- like I did, which made my job interview the next day a bit awkward. Hah. ALSO, leave the bottles standing or tilted upright once filled as they tend to leak laying down.3) I lay out an old plastic shower curtain out in the yard in the shade, get comfortable with a drink and go to town- I use paper towels to wipe up spilled dye between switching colors so it doesn't transfer to other parts of my fabric. I work from lightest dye to darkest on each binded garmet. Also, if I noticed the dye was beading on the fabric and dripping off without absorbing, I just go slow and easy on the dye, and use a gloved finger to massage it in a bit so it will soak into the fabric then it would easily accept the dye when I add some more on.4) I put all the projects in a tightly knotted plastic garbage bag and leave them in the shaded garage overnight.5)The next day, I snip the rubber bands and use the garden hose to rinse out and wring out all of the garments. I suggest using running water from a hose or faucet instead of rinsing them in some sort of prefilled tub or basin to keep the white parts from soaking up leftover dye and being less vibrant.6) I hang them out to dry fully for a few hours, then I machine wash them on delicate, cold water with an extra rinse and spin. After first initial washing, I just toss them in with the rest of the laundry (except whites of course) and I have had no issues yet.Hope this helps!

Nach Anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten kam das Kit an und wir waren begeistert.Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie dieses Kit gemacht und haben 6 Tshirts und 1 Pullover färben können.Die Informationen muss man sich teilweise im Internet zusammen suchen, aber wenn man Englisch kann, ist dies schnell erledigt.Am Ende der Färbeaktion können wir kräftige Farben und eine tolle Haltbarkeit verzeichnen.

This kit RULES. I love tie dye, my husband loves tie dye, our SON loves tie dye. Who doesn't? It's so fun! Okay so here's some background I'm 27, my husband is 28, our son will be 4 in September. We wanted something easy and mess free, most importantly for our sons sake. These are SO EASY. You simply add water to the bottles, shake, and tie dye! The amount of colors you get is phenomenal for the value and in comparison to some other kits I saw out there. We were able to tie dye an adult sweatshirt, an adult t-shirt, a toddler sweatshirt, 5 toddler shirts, and our son wanted to tie dye his undies! We easily could've done more, we just didn't have anything left to dye! Some of the colors are similar, but that doesn't bother me. Also this stuff DYES. I didn't wear gloves...yeah big no no. My hands were stained for days. So please wear gloves! And as for the quality of the tie dye, PHENOMENAL. I saw some complaints on here about how the colors weren't vibrant...I'm not sure why that would be because our shirts came out amazing. After we dyed, we put each shirt in it's own plastic bag and let it sit over night with the elastics still on them. Then the next day we took the elastics out and gave them a rinse and let them air dry. I'm telling you they came out awesome!
