This was a fun project for my kids. So many colors to pick from and the kit comes with all the supplies necessary.

Did a fun day with the family and there was plenty of dye for 5 shirts easy. Instructions were easy to follow. The gloves are VERY large so we used our own rubber gloves that fit the kids easier since their hands are more tiny. The results were amazing (see pics). We let the shirts sit for a week then washed them out with cold water w the hose. Let them soak in a tub of very hot water for 30 min. Then rinsed. Then rinsed out again with cold water. Then ran them through a wash cycle of hot and we haven’t had a single issue or any dye transfer since. 10/10 recommend. We bought a second kit to do with the kids and their friends next month!

Lots of colors and really easy to use. If you wet your shirts first, the color sticks really well. We had some bleed when washed, so it’s best to wash them alone the first time or two.

We really loved this tye dye kit. With having 4 kids it was nice with how many colors we had to choose from for their different personalities. 5 of us did 2 different tye dye items and we still had color left, so you can do a lot of pieces for the value. Followed the directions with letting them sit and color stayed on the clothing items. We love how our items turned out! They also give instructions on how to do many different patterns with the dye as well, which was really nice too.

This is a great tie dye supply set. It's complete and has everything you need with the exception of shirts or other items you wish to tie dye and plastic bags for the items to sit in while the dye sets (gallon sized ziplocs).This was our first time doing tie dye, so I took my time looking up suggestions and tips. Following some basic tips went a long way in guaranteeing not only that this wasn't a completely messy disaster, but also that the shirts turned out vibrant and continue to last wash after wash:1. Choose items that are 100% cotton and wash them before using the dye to remove any manufacturing chemicals, etc.2. Start the process with damp materials. I took ours right out of the washing machine. They shouldn't be sopping wet, simply damp.3. Use a kitchen cooling rack for dying. This allows extra dye to pool under the item where it won't mess up the patterns attempted. We also used this over a sheet pan so it collected the dye and was easy to dump! For patterns we wanted to be specific, we rinsed the pan/cooling rack/our gloves with the hose between each tee.4. Use a lot of dye! Damp material helps the dye go further, but you still need to soak each color section well. Pour into fabric folks as well to make sure you get full coverage. With this set, we vibrantly dyed 11 tee shirts (2 adult L, 1 Adult 2XL, 1 Adult M, 1 Adult SM, 1 Child L, 3 Child M, 2 Child SM)5. GO OUTSIDE! No matter how cleanly you think this can be done, it cannot. Take it outside for everyone's sanity and for the benefit of your home's interior.6. WEAR. THE. GLOVES. And wear clothes you don't care about. Even filling bottles, you will find the powder magically appears on your gloves (it's evil like glitter!) and any drops of water mean instant dye. Take it outside and wear clothes that are black or clothes you don't care about messing up.7. Once done with an item, do not unravel it. Place it in its own ziploc bag (I suggest gallon size) for at least 24 hours.8. After 24 hours, take each item out of its bag separately, remove any rubber bands and rinse with the hose outside. Rinse until the water comes out fairly clear. Don't panic if the item starts to look grey as you rinse. That is normal!9. Wash each item SEPARATELY in HOT water and then hang dry. This is the only time you need to wash them separately. (You can get away with washing like colors together if you arent afraid of any dye swapping in the wash). Hang dry.10. For the next THREE washes, wash the tie dyed materials together with no other items. Wash on HOT and hang dry.11. From the 4th wash on, cold water is great and they can be washed as normal. To keep vibrant, always hang dry.Bonus Tip -- YouTube is an excellent resource for patterns! Especially the videos provided by the manufacturer.It seems like a lot, but it really is easy! And this is a no-fail way to make sure you love your items and they last a long, long time!

I loved this the dye kit and we had lots of fun using it! It was definitely easy to use, but some of the bottles would leak when you would shake it up to mix, which wasn't fun, luckily we shook them all in the sink and I was ready for it so I could try to direct the splatter. Not a deal breaker, but I wasn't in love with that part. It came with everything we needed including directions on how to tie the shirts for each effect. We tie dyed everything we could get our hands on, even some white "turtle neck style" face masks for the kids to make their masks personalized and fun :) the colors did fade more than I expected on the first wash, but not nearly as bad as rit dye or anything. They are still dark and bright! ( To be fair I'm comparing to a brand I previously used, I can't remember the name, that didn't fade at ALL after washing, even after a few years) so this isn't the BEST out there, but it's a very close runner up, price was great, and we had a super fun family day doing this together, that ran into the next day when we got to unwrap them and see our creations. I accidentally bought two, and instead of returning the second, I'm keeping it for a rainy day with the kids :) I do highly recommend.

すでにボトルに染料の粉が入っており、水を入れるだけで簡単に染料液を作ることができ、手軽にタイダイ染めを楽しめました。たくさんの色があり、さらに染料を薄めて使ったりして手ぬぐい10枚とB5サイズのエコバッグ6枚、靴下9足、Tシャツ4枚染めましたが、まだ余ってます！好きな色の染料液からなくなっていきますが、あまり使わない色での染め物も発見があって、まだまだ楽しませてもらってます。お値段以上の価値はあったと思います。ありがとうございました。

I bought a set of these after watching a youtube video. I had done some tie dying in my youth but mainly one color using standard dye and a bucket. The Tulip dyes are super easy to use, and the kit includes gloves and rubber bands. The dye is already in the squirt bottles ready to be activated with water, just shake and squirt.I used the classic twist method for 3 shirts (grab in the middle and twist into a tight puck, then rubber band into pie-like sections). It was very easy to direct the dye into the sections. Once the puck was completed, I turned over and repeated on the back side, then put them in plastic bags to proof for 24 hours. A quick rinse, wash, and they turned out great. The colors are very vibrant and looked amazing when they were done.I have washed the shirts 4-5 times and they have held up pretty well, faded only slightly. The only thing I might improve on this kit is to include extra dye. There is really only enough color in one bottle to do one shirt (I used 3 colors per shirt and used the entire bottle of each color on that one shirt, front and back). In other words, you can generally only use a particular color on one shirt if you are really looking to get good color and penetration.Fun kit for the kids, just make sure to protect surfaces as this can stain.
