The camera quality is very poor. This is the second elmo I have owned and this was one is of very poor quality. Hardy able to view unless you sit very close and even then it is fuzzy.

I use my Elmo on a daily basis since I am teaching from home. This device makes it easier to show my kindergarten students parts of my instruction.The Elmo came packaged perfectly and arrived safely on the date I was given for delivery.

I actually bought this item to donate to a teacher. She had this equipment when she was in a previous job and stated that it would be helpful. Both she and I my daughter (who is in the class) rave about the camera. They both say how it makes the teaching so much more effective. And to find a great one of these that was used but in such very good condition was an added bonus!! I highly recommend both the camera and the seller.

I was so upset about this Elmo document camera! The arm was broken and unrepairable! I really looked forward to using it because in good usable condition, it’s an excellent teaching tool. I’m sorely disappointed that you would sell a BROKEN PRODUCT! I’m eaually as disappointed with Amazon for allowing you to sell a broken product!

Downloaded the drives and user manual and it works great. In fact, the teacher across the hall has now orders one!

I was hesitant to buy this used, but so glad I did and at such a good price! It works just fine and I love having this in my classroom. It zooms in so close to help those kids in the back see. If you are a teacher you need this.

My Elmo arrived in beautiful condition with all necessary cables and a cd. I used it for the first time in the classroom this week and am excited about its integration into my curriculum.
