I really needed a UV puck light but since no one has invented one yet for some reason, I had to improvise. I had hopes that this would be mountable but it's too heavy for neonadium magnets to hold up. It IS bright, but if you have sensitive hearing, the incessant high pitched ring it emits will drive you nuts too! For this reason, I sent it back for a refund. I would still recommend this for others though because it's the strongest UV light I've tried so far in this day of LED lighting.

I ordered the T-Sun Rechargeable Black Light because it is portable and can be used outside. The light has a built in 180 degree bracket and four magnets on the back, meaning the light can be hung, stood or attached to a magnetic surface. Also on the back are the on/off button and a micro USB port for charging the 6,000 mAh battery, (micro USB to USB-A charging cable included). There is an attached rubberized cover that goes over both the button and the charging port and the on/off button can used without removing the cover.The body of the light is made from black TPR (thermoplastic rubber) and the four corners of the light are reinforced for extra protection. The 60 LED UV lights are completely enclosed and have two light settings. The 400-405 nanometer wavelength, is safer for kids, eyes, and skin. Although higher in the visible light spectrum, this light is quite bright and charges glow items quite rapidly.Per the Amazon ad, this light is shock-resistant and waterproof, with an IP65 rating that can withstand rain, snow, and frost. As there is frequently cold and wet weather during the Halloween season, this light is nice because you can use it with your outdoor decorations without concern about the weather. That said, because of the way the rubberized port cover is attached to the back of the light, the cover doesn't sit perfectly over the port and on/off button and requires quite a bit of work to get it sit down most of the way around. Perhaps this is just a defect in my light, but this could be a bit of concern if you are going to use this outside for any length of time in weather.Overall, I really like the T-Sun Rechargeable Black Light. It is not going to light up a gymnasium, but it would work great in a child's room or for an outdoor display where it is very dark or the space to be lit is contained, (like a porch). The light is very lightweight at .14 ounces and it's small size, measuring 8 inches by 5.5 inches by 0.98 inches, makes it very portable. The multiple mounting options are really nice as well. My big whine about this item is the micro USB charging port, as in this day and age it should USB-C port, even at this price point, but other than that, it is a really nice light. Four stars, removing a star because of the micro USB port.
