Having experienced 2 blowouts while towing our travel trailer a couple of years ago, I was certain I did not want to experience any tire related problems again. I bought the 507 system with 10 sensors (6 for the class C motor home, 4 for the Sonic we tow) and during our first trip to the NC mountains, it was comforting to watch the tire temperature increase uniformly as we drove. It appeared that the system is sensitive enough and responsive enough such that the tires receiving direct sun were a couple of degrees higher than their shaded counterpart. I saw this on the trip heading west and the same factor on the return heading east. The battery was still fully charged after 4 days. The only issue that threw me for a couple of minutes is that when programming, a couple of characters on the segmented display did not look like what was expected. I think a “B” in the sensor code looked like a “b” with all other letters uppercase. Other than that…..EXCELLENT!

Arrived as scheduled, self explanatory to set up but did take an hour to get all 12 wheels connected. Extremely satisfied with the ease of operation to daily check tires before travel and the comfort of monitoring tire status while driving.

I love the peace of mind I now have regarding my tires. The only negative comment I have is the directions are not really that easy to follow. I'm thankful for YouTube for sure. After I got everything set up I decided I wanted to change the tire positions in the graphics to make the tires easier to identify. I couldn't really find anything in the instructions but did find a video that was very helpful. So now they're all programmed and running great. Despite the vague instructions, this TPMS gets 5 stars adn I highly recommend.

Works great and held up well after 1 week use on my boat trailer transporting it 1500 miles. Shows temperature and pressure and installation of the repeater was easy after buying another male trailer wiring plug to fit into my spare female receptacle so it had 12 volt power. I purchased the plug at my local trailer dealer and wired it up so that it’s easily removed when the repeater is not in use. I used plastic wire ties to attach the repeater on my trailer frame just behind the hitch. The battery doesn’t last very long, about 4 hours, but I leave it plugged in during use and that works well. I like how you can remove it from the vehicle and take it with you to adjust the tire pressures to get an instant reading while adding or removing air, then place it back in the vehicle to monitor everything under way. I have another 4 tire monitoring system for a trailer I sold but needed a new 6 tire system for a new trailer and this particular system is highly recommended and well worth the piece of mind. It’s not cheap but I wouldn’t go without a TPS, and this system is fantastic. I had a nail in my tire after 500 miles but thankfully it didn’t go through the tire, didn’t leak air, and I was able to monitor the situation the rest of the 1,000 miles using this device. I did an extensive amount of research before purchasing a TPS and this one is great.

When pulling restored vintage campers, the greatest source of anxiety for me is a flat tire on the side of the road, especially when I think about how many times the time pressure warning in my car has saved me from that fate.It was easy to install, especially for us because our camper is small enough (23') that we didn't have to figure out how to install the repeater to make sure the signal could reach the monitor. We got the flow-through valves, which requires metal valve stems on your tires and that you follow instructions to a tee, or they will leak. It wasn't complicated and, once you see why you need to do them that way on the first one, the next three go like clockwork (unless you get cocky on the last one and have to do it again ;0).Programming the sensors to the monitor isn't too bad, just a little intimidating because the monitor is able to show axles for the tow vehicle, multiple trailer axles, and two spares, and we only have a tandem axle trailer, but I got a six sensor set so that we'd have one for the spare tire (which I have yet to install because I'll have to get under the camper to do it) and an extra sensor in the event of an issue. In the short run, the TST tire pressure monitor system has changed all that so, in the long run, I really hope it proves to be a well made, long lasting product.

Arrived on time, in good condition. Packaging was sufficient with no damages outside or in. The reciever (display unit) came fully charged which is a rarity these days. It is sturdy, well designed and the display is clear and bright. Having said that I have not mounted it in my truck so daytime glare vs screen brightness has not been tested. I think it will be fine. I liked that the whole package was complete, meaning everything needed to maximize its use was included. No need to go back on Amazon and search for brackets and mounting hardware. Everything is already in the box. Less expensive TMPS systems do not provide a repeater/transponder but this one has one included. My RV is 37 ft long and my truck is over 20 ft long so I was worried about not receiving a consistent signal from the tire mounted sensors. The transponder eliminates that worry for me.Setup (much like pairing) the flow thru sensors was slightly complex in that there are multiple settings that need to be input in the display unit that are unique to your trailer's tires. Such as setting the high and low alarms for pressure and temp as provide by your tire manufacturer. Some info is on the tire sidewall, some can be found online. Mine could differ from yours and so on, thus TST cannot preset all of these inputs. The booklet explains the steps required for each. But be advised, this part of the setup does take time. It's not plug and pray like so many electronics today. After reading the setup steps in the booklet, I decided to write out the sequence of button pushes on a scrap of paper. Sort of a readers digest version of the button sequences. It helped me with setup because although the booklet sufficiently explains the steps, it's a full page of reading those steps. The hand written, abridged version made it quicker for me. Just a suggestion. So far no issues as far as setup and installation. I have not traveled with these on my trailer yet but I expect no issues when I do. If there are problems I'll update this review. Please note the flow thru sensors are only suitable for trailer tires that have metal valve stems. Even though this was advertised by TST I failed to notice this detail when I placed my order. So be sure to check your valve stems in advance. I think I'll be okay. I checked mine after receiving the TPMS monitor and my stems are a metal rubber hybrid of sorts.

Installation was straightforward and relatively simple. Having seen the sensors at an RV rally I knew of their size. That said, I knew putting them on the rear dually wheels would mean removing the tires to install them as well as every time I wanted/needed to change tire pressure. So I elected to monitor the front wheels and the four trailer tires. The front wheels had valve extenders. The sensors would not fit on just the valve stem so I left the extenders on and put the sensors on the extenders. Yesterday I parallel parked and the sensor hit the curb. The sensor broke and damaged the valve stem leaving me with a flat tire. After having that fixed I removed the sensor from the left side tire. Now I only monitor the trailer tires. The system is good but the way it cycles through the tires, it appears that I would not get an immediate notification of an issue. Each tire gets displayed about every 30 seconds.
