The five piece universal kit includes an auger point shaft, nut and arbor, GM puller, extension and orifice tube puller. Includes all the tools you need to remove and install any style orifice tube. Replacing orifice tubes should go hand-in-hand with compressor replacement. The purpose of the orifice tube is to meter refrigerant flow to maintain evaporator temperature. Orifice tubes are located inside the refrigerant line between the condenser and the evaporator. It is the dividing point between the system's high and low side. Packaged in a durable plastic case with two snap closure clips. Works for insertion and removal. However, I had a damaged tube to pull out and the thread engagement of the tool was not enough to remove an orifice tube that had been installed for 25 years. I had to jury-rig a tool with a concrete/drywall screw from lowes with a larger thread and less tpi. Nonetheless, made insertion a breeze for my 91 F150.

This tool is a must when servicing an RC system. Some might want to risk it and remove the orifice tube with other tools. You don't want to find out the hard way why there is a tool for this specific task. This tool is well made and comes with its own case.
