I bought this for use on my patio. I really love the way it looks and it works well but I don't get the required amount of daily sun to keep it bright. I just take it down and put it in my window which does have adequate sunlight. I will order additional ones because I love the way they look at night.

I was a little disappointed when I opened this, because the photographs had made it appear to be a higher-quality item than the actual product; however, for the price, it's a perfectly reasonable quality, and still looks very nice overall, especially when illuminated. Definitely one of those "if it seems too good to be true, it probably isn't!" situations where I got exactly what I paid for, and had simply been expecting more. The most important thing, though, is that this was a gift for my mother, and she loves it! So I can whole-heartedly recommend it to other buyers: just keep your expectations reasonable, and you won't be disappointed.

I bought 2 of these one for my mom and one for my boyfriend's mom for Mother's Day. They are very pretty and for the price they are nice. The one I gave my boyfriends mom works good but the one I gave my mom ended up being defective within a couple days of taking it out of the box the bottom light stopped working. It was just hanging up and nothing happened that would cause it to stop working on our end. I sent a message to their customer service with the order number and pictures per their request and its been a month and a half now with no response back. I have sent messages inquiring as I have not had a response and now another light has stopped working so that is 2 now that don't work and still no response. I will update with a picture of the other light out as I have not had a chance to get another pic yet. I am giving it 3 stars being generous because the other one is really nice and still works but their customer service is severely lacking the fact that I have a defective one and originally had a response from them telling me to send proof and I did and they have just been ignoring me is just awful and my poor mom was raving about how much she loved it when she first opened it. I will not purchase from them again for this reason so buy at your own risk as if there is anything wrong with it you will just be stuck with a broken product.
