If you're mixing concrete or mortor in a wheelbarrow, this cuts the work in half compared to using a garden hoe!

We have a lanai and we needed to weed in between our pavers. This tool did the trick. It worked well and was easy to use. Our shipment was delayed due to poor packaging by the company since the first hoe was damaged.

This tool is a great solution for weeds, cultivating, spring planting. One of the best tools I have ever purchased. Love it!

Excellent durable and the extra length saves your back.Update 3-16-23: Moved rating from 5 stars to 3. The steel is not professional grade, it bends and is not heavy duty like a professional grade hoe should be. The hoe bent while using it to pull a clump of grass and if it were more heavy duty (weight and strength) it would have pierced the soil deeper and not bounce off the soil. The handle is excellent, lightweight, long and hefty.

The handle is good, but the blade doesn't look like it will hold up. The description should mention that it needs to be sharpened because it ships too dull to use for anything except already loose garden soil. I guess for $46 I expected more, if the blade holds an edge and the tool doesn't break I'll upgrade my rating. It is lightweight, easy to handle, was delivered on time and packaged nicely.

its terrible cheap construction.it proudly boasts 'handle made in the USA' then in the small print it says the entire thing was assembled in mexico. and the cheap quality shows with a big blob of glue where the metal meets the handle.my bellotta hoe is a much better quality item.

I don't normally leave review but this gem deserves one. I couldn't buy a traditional hoe anywhere in the UK, so I ordered this here and I'm well impressed. The metal part looks smaller than what I'm used to seeing in Europe, however its strong and sturdy, very effective. Dug up my whole garden with it and I think it will last me a lifetime.

This hoe is made to last you a long time. Unlike other hoes, it utilizes a socket system to secure the handle into the hoe. Furthermore, the neck and socket are one solid piece of metal, meaning that you don't have to worry about it coming loose. I'd prefer that the hoe be one solid piece of metal, but they have at least made the extra effort of making an extra-long, strong weld from the neck to the blade--much better quality than most hoes sold in garden stores. The hoe comes unsharpened. I'd recommend sharpening it with a file and then using a sharpening stone. I use a Lansky dual grit sharpening puck for sharpening many of my tools. Grinders may heat the metal too much and curb your temper. So far I have hoed up an entire area in my back yard, and it has held its edge fairly well, considering the work load I've placed on it.If you perform maintenance on this hoe, meaning cleaning and lubing/oiling the metal and oiling the handle, it will last you a long time. It does have a lifetime warranty, too, so if it breaks, you can send it back. I don't foresee mine breaking any time soon, so I cannot comment on the returns process. In my opinion, it's worth the extra money to buy a hoe that will last a lot longer.
