Received the sights. Incredibly dim. Unless in near darkness the sights are pretty much dark. Waste of money. Amazon does not allow return. Does not meet description as advertised " consistently bright sight picture"

I wanted replacement sights for the crappy plastic ones that came on my Walther PDP (I thought only Glock put on cheap plastic crappy sights...), and was pleased to find out that any sights that fit the Glock 19 would fit the PDP. I have TruGlo sights on ALL my pistols so I knew what I was getting, but these were my first Tritium AND fiber-optic all-in-one sights, and I can tell you I am even more impressed than I thought I would be!The Tritium is perfectly bright at night, and by day or indoors in the light, the fiber optics pick up light and make them sights glow nich and bright, so they are great for low light/no light as well as bright light! In fact, in the sun, they are so bright you don't have ANY problem seeing the sight picture! I'm not an 'optics' (red dot) guy, I don't believe in all that garbage for a self-defense weapon, I train and get used to standard, or 'iron' sights, and maintain my proficiency without relying on toys mounted to my pistol.Like I said, I got this model for my Walther PDP as they fit the Glock 19, so if you use THIS set, you will need the Glock front sight tool (you can get that here on Amazon), and a rear-sight press, also from Amazon, both for what it would cost you to pay a gunsmith to do it for you. It takes about ten minutes from start to finish with the correct tools I mentioned above. Please note, do NOT use the red Loctite when installing the screw on the front sight, use the BLUE Loctite, and also USE THE SMALLER SCREW that comes in the package for these sights if installing on a Glock AND for installing on the PDP if that's what you are putting them on...I used the original screw that came on my PDP but the front sight was loose as the PDP screw was too long.I have put about 400 rounds through the PDP so far and the sights are still tight and working as they should. Highly recommend TruGlo...they are as good as the other brands but cost less than most.

Très bien fait, juste un peux de fitting à faire. Super en pleine noirceur.

To all you naysayers on the forums they work! Though there are a few caveats. One, there is nothing to hold on the front sight besides friction from the tight fit, and in my case red loktite. Two, i had a #3 front sight which is taller than the normal #2. To compensate for the poi-poa difference i have to rest the bottom of the front sight ring on the floor of the u-notch. Which is fine since it frames the target but it does make you have to rest the front dot below the rear ones in a low light scenario.Overall, these sights are amazing. They may not fit perfectly flush but they more than make up for any cosmetic issues with their enhancement of the firearm. Oh, and yes you can use these for one handed weapons manipulations, but (quick disclaimer) your mileage may vary.---------------------Still highly recommended4 1/2 years later and still going strong. I've probably put 4-5000 rounds through the pistol that has these sights. Not one issue. I never once had to worry about the front sight popping out or anything. Around 3000ish rounds I installed a compensator on the pistol these are on, even with the front of the slide tapping against the back of the compensator every time it chambers a round that front sight is still holding rock steady.I don't know for sure if the glow is just as bright as it was originally but to me, they work just the same for night fire as when I purchased them, I pick them up no issue. One caveat about the sights, that white ring on the front sight gets nasty, and the tritium insert is slightly more recessed than the ones on the front sight, so it occasionally traps lint that you'll need to clean out with a toothpick or Q-tip, just make sure to use something that won't crack the glass vial and don't use solvents.Maybe I'll do an update in another 5 years, but I can already say I've gotten more than my fair share of mileage out of these sights. Great Product!

It took me about 30 minutes to install these sights onto my CZ75B 9mm slide. I used a rawhide mallet to get the rear oem sight off and to install the new sight. I used calipers to measure off the frame to get to center. The hardest part was the roll pin on the front slide. I first ruined a 1/16 roll pin punch then found a Starrett 1/16 straight punch and it survived the install. I found that lots hits once it got moving seemed to be the best play. I knocked the sights and the pin out from the left side of the slide toward the right side and installed the new rear sight from the right side to the left. I did not use loctite on the roll pin upon reinstal. I did not want it to be any more difficult to remove in the future than it was. I plan to us orange shellac on the set screw as I cannot find blue loctite and I think that red or "strong loctite might be too strong. I cleaned the sight base and slide notch with CLP before I installed the sights. I shot from a rest and tried to split the bulls eye with the top of the sights and found my group was just above the bullseye. That was pretty much how my OEM sights shot so I'm glad that I don't have to retrain myself. I am fully satisfied with the sights, In bright sun they are very easy to pick up. Not so easy at dusk but not as bad as my OEM sights were and then at night or as dusk progresses the Tridium starts to play a role and they are again easy to see. Everything is a compromise, and this is a great all around sight. There is no lighting scenario where you cannot see the sights. only some that are better than others. I would buy again.

This sights are well built and work great in all lighting conditions. The fibers are very bright during the day and the trillium kicks in when it is dark. The notch is square but is wide enough for quick target acquisitions. I like my Glock again...(just make sure you don't use a punch to install these sights but use a sight pusher instead)
