I get my shoes shined regularly but sometimes there is no time so this put my right back on point. Must have if you like to look good all the time.

First of all my grandfather had one of these when I was a kid growing up and I was like so excited to see one on Amazon! Sadly the one I got was a poor excuse for a replica of the great piece of equipment my grandfather head this one is made of cheap plastic we need a ride it already had multiple scratches on it and was broke please see the photos attached. The base is made of plastic and the buffer heads are held on with a cheap piece of elastic band not a quality piece of equipment for sure

the Good: (1) The buffer pads are nice. & thick. (2) Assembly was very easy.the Bad: (1) The machine is too lightweight. I’ll have to mount it to something heavy. (2) The motor is underpowered. I understand that I purchased a “buffer”, not a “polisher”. I have a 2nd electric shoe buffer at my home (diff brand. I love it, but couldn’t find it online). I know how they are meant to be used. However, with this buffer, it doesn’t take much pressure before the motor completely stalls. I got this buffer for my office; I’m unsure if I’ll keep it because I worry that it might not be “babied” (when borrowed) by the other 2 guys in my office. We will see.

It is a true shoe shine machine. Very easy to install.I have it in may office and already all visitors are cleaning & shining their shoes for free and in seconds.I am very happy and it is cheap for what you get.The quality seems to be very good and will last for years and years.This is not a toy. It can be used to shine the shoes of a whole population.

I hate polishing my boots, but my employer seems to think it makes my work better, obvisually its because he has nothing better to do than to look at his shoes. Anyway, if I have to polish my boots, I rub the polish while it is in the can onto the black sleeve and buff away, a few seconds later, an acceptable shine.If you are expect a spit shine, this will not do it. If you wear shoes/boots where you have to touch them up all the time due to scuffs and rubs, this is perfect.As a con, I will note that the motor is fine, but if you press the boot too much against the sleeve, it will stop the motor. Not a serious issue, just one that you have to account for. The vertical handle is fine, unless you expect it to hold you up, but that is not what it is designed for.

I bought this item about two weeks ago. Till now I am very satisfied. I don't use it everyday rather every other day and that too the black one. It does the job nicely and fast. It still cannot take place of a real hand shoe shine but works really nice in a time pinch. Hopefully I will add updates after I have used it for several months.BTW I am not any paid reviewer by anyone and am doing this on my own free will.Update: I have had this for more than six month and I am an extremely satisfied customer. Keep in mind though that I don't use it every day. However the product has worked fine for me. One thing that might be helpful to other is keep in mind not to press your shoe hard against the wool. That over heats the machine and may short out. Luckily my machine was connected to a circuit breaker switch and that saved the machine that day. Since then I don't press my shoe hard against the wool.

Great item and a great price. Love this shoe shiner. It makes shining shoes easy. The only requirement is to apply polish to shoes and then turn on the shiner. Shoes end up looking brand new and beautiful. These shiners sell else where for tons of money more, but here you cannot afford to miss out on this opportunity, Your shoes will always look great.

I am very pleased with this product. It is compact, but still powerful enough to produce the shine just like it's larger professional models. Perfect for a discrete small area within a home.The operation of it, when turned on, is extremely quite. This, despite the high RPMs it achieves. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for that traditional shoe shine; with minamal effort as the goal.Thanks, Amazon, for guiding me to this product. Champion Grade for both!
