These are perfect. Screws fit well and holes for screws are machined correctly. If they feel crossed threaded you are doing it wrong. Put the screw to the bar back screw first then start to screw in and it goes in like it should. I am using these to fix a sterilite plastic locking handles that keep breaking. I drilled out the handle and put the handles in place and slide these binder screws right through. I wish they made 4 1"2 inch binder screws instead of the 5" but they work fine.
