My product arrived timely, in a badly damaged box. Upon inspecting the items, it was noted that the table tennis board had a rip in it. I immediately contacted Amazon, and was told I would need to ship the entire item back. I explained to the representative that the item weighed more than 200 lbs. I was told, I would have to ship the entire item back for an exchange. I discussed it with the kids and they wanted to keep it. Assembling the product was tedious and exhausting. We had to drill our own holes so the pieces would line up. I was extremely disappointed with this product. The product is sturdy, once assembled but not worth the money. The craftsmanship is quite poor.

the table is a lot of fun and it was pretty easy to assemble. the instructions were very clear and specific, I pretty fun, its pool, hockey, ping pong, the football, the only thing that feels kinds cheap are the ping pong balls, they're pretty lop-sided, but 2 dollars at Walmart can let ya have some fun, its a perfect size for a family, especially one with younger kids, my girlfriends dad gets into it and has played every day since Christmas along with the rest of the family, the box was in good condition if you mostly just want a pool table, you should just get a single one, the pool balls are a nice quality, but they are like, a little bigger than golf balls.

This is the worst purchase I've ever made. We have had 3 deliveries of this table and EVERY SINGLE TIME something was damaged in the box. It is so poorly packed that it's obvious that it will get damaged during delivery. For the last delivery we just took out the pieces we needed and sent it back to amazon. Quality is very cheap. This table is meant for kids and the corners are very sharp. My son cut his hand badly on the pool table. My boys love it but I don't see it lasting very long and the frustration/ With the time wasted waiting for deliveries and poor quality I would not recommend purchasing this table. Despite the damaged product, Amazon's customer service was excellent.

Took a while, and a couple of friends, to put up but once installed is great. I would say, you need a drill because some of the screws were not easy to screw in as there were no ready made holes.

I was afraid to buy this, based on so many bad reviews here and on other websites. I bought it from Amazon, but it was actually sold and shipped by Wayfair. It arrived a day earlier than promised and with only one little tear in the box, which later revealed no damage to the parts inside. I was quite concerned about getting it to the playroom upstairs, as my husband said 2 men struggled to get it off the truck, up our walk, and into our foyer.A few days later my son and I tackled the box. It was well packaged, and the whole top came off, which was great, as the table itself would have been too heavy to slide out. Once we removed the top of the box, we found the pool table felt board lifted up and revealed all the other parts packed inside. JACKPOT! Once we removed the parts and carried those upstairs, the table itself was easy enough for my 13 year old and I to manage. After reading the reviews I was afraid of putting it together. The only "non-pre-drilled" holes problem I encountered was on the pool table side where you put the plastic bumpers on. 3 of them screwed in easily, and the other 3 I ended up hammering the screws in. Problem solved.Although the directions say it takes 2 adults to put it together, the only thing I needed another for was to lift the table onto the stand. Other than that, I would say an average-ly mechanical person could put it together in about 4 or 5 hours. (I spread that over 2 days). I was missing 2 screws and 1 washer, but was able to make do without them. And sometimes the directions told you the right things to do and sometimes it was the pictures, so just be patient and use both. Some reviews said the air hockey fan wasn't strong enough. We haven't had that issue. All in all, I would recommend this. I only gave it the 4 stars instead of 5 because of the 3 missing fasteners and the few missing holes.

Bought it for our seven year old son. It takes about two hours to install, and definately requires two people. While the construction is not perfect, for the price paid I think its a good deal. My son and his friend spend hours on the air hockey and ping pong tables.

I would not recommend purchasing this product via online. Go to an actual store - Sears, Wal-Mart, whatever - purchase it, and have it delivered, so that if there is something wrong with it, you can take care of it on a local level. And spend a little extra money to have it assembled.I purchased this table for my son for Christmas 2012. There is a crack in two of the side pieces, the air hockey motor cable wire seemed to be damaged, and pre-drilled holes were not actually pre-drilled. BUT I could not imagine going through the hassle of returning it - I had already unpackaged the entire thing and it is large and cumbersome to deal with. The cracks did not seem to affect the structural soundness of the table, and I can pre-drill the holes, but I needed a new motor. I called Triumph Sports, and was told it would take at least two weeks to get a replacement. I am inconvenienced already by the shoddy work, and have pieces of the table all over my basement (the motor is the first thing that needs to be attached to the table). Two weeks was unacceptable. After getting transferred a few times, a manager said it would go out that night, and I would receive it within a couple of days. It has now been seven days, and no motor.I can't really comment on the games of the table, as I still have not been able to finish putting it together. Maybe it will be super fun and will compensate for the rest of these problems. You are already spending a bit of cash - spend a little more for something of higher quality.

It is a great table if you are looking for a functional family fun item for teens. It is just plywood with felt stapled and glued on. It is fiber board with laminate. So, it will not hold up over a lifetime like a quality solid wood billiard table. But it does not cost much either. So, if an inexpensive table that will hold up for awhile is okay with you...go for it.
