Works great! Small and compact. Power button is recessed so it doesn't turn on in its pouch.Good picture. The wrist strap might work ok. May give it a shot.Good monitor overall.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a product I purchased.I have been using for approximately 40 days, and I regret to inform you that I have encountered several issues with it. The primary concerns are as follows:Defect: The product has developed a significant defect stope working suddenly . This defect has negatively impacted its functionality and overall usability.Poor Quality: Even from the beginning, the product exhibited signs of subpar quality. Despite careful use and maintenance, it has not met my expectations in terms of durability and overall performance. I believe the product does not meet the quality standards that I typically associate with Amazon purchases.I have always trusted Amazon for its commitment to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, my experience with this particular product has left me disappointed.

The good:Can test potential camera angles without running cables. Was able to test camera positions with a camera in hand, a short network cable and this device - no other power or infrastructure required. It is also able to watch for and detect the IP address of a connected camera - great for devices which are assigned unknown static IPs.The bad:The software is poorly implemented. There is a webbrowser, but it doesn't work with either of the two brands of cameras I tried. Potentially this is a screen resolution issue where the camera's webpage can't be rendered on such a small screen, but eitherway, its not usable. One of the cameras we're using requires logging into its web UI to enable ONVIF, so we needed to config each camera with a laptop before this device could connect to it.The DHCP server needs to be enabled everytime the device is used. This is an annoying step if you're using it for several small jobs. Maybe this is to prevent someone from accidently flooding a corporate network with a rogue DHCP server, but when directly attached to a camera, its annoying to need to keep turning it on.POE needs to be turned on in software on each use. I suspect that this is to keep from accidently draining the battery. There is an on/off switch on the device, but as far as I can tell, it doesn't do anything. The menus are HORRIBLE. There are multiple different screens with different applications which are accessed in different ways. Need to enable POE? Need to find the DHCP settings? Scan for an IP address? Video a camera's video? Do any number of other common tasks? Hope you can remember where to find the needed menus/apps.But at the end of the day, its redeeming quality is I didn't need to climb up and down a ladder or run back and forth to a computer to see if the camera was correctly positioned. Its battery is "good", even with POE devices attached with advanced features like flood lights/etc. Thus 3 stars.

Log into IP cameras and get them set up just as easy as using a laptop. Nice screen that you can read, POE output works well, DHCP server works and seems quite sturdy and well built. The interface might take a little getting used to but this is a MUST HAVE for IP device installers.

This by far is not an overly advanced device but it gets the job done. I've only had it a few days but have used it to adjust a camera, reset IP addresses on preconfigured cameras and to enable DHCP on cameras already placed on the network. I've also used the PoE and OTDR features which worked flawlessly. One of my customers was so impressed with the ability of the device for the price their installation coordinator/lead purchased one and is make the recommendation to their install techs. The cameras I've worked with so far have been from various manufacturers and I've had no problems connection to any thus far.

Great product! Being android based and coming with chrome installed was a huge benefit. In cases like with Axis cameras they don't natively allow for ONVIF control but can view setup properly using Chrome and to configure ONVIF through the cameras ip address and the default username and password. Only thing I don't like is that it claims to allow for use with 4k cameras, which isn't actually true because it cannot display 4k camera views and the stream must be changed to 1920x1080 to view it properly.
