About this item

  • 🌟NOTE:Please test whether the new potentiometer patch has a resistance value before replacing it. If there is no resistance, the white part needs to be removed and installed upside down, and then the resistance needs to be tested. Refer to Figure 2 on the left and install the white parts in two directions. Then test the resistance. If there is no resistance after testing in both directions, it indicates that the potentiometer is damaged. Please contact us.
  • 🌟It is normal for the received patch to fall out and can be installed by yourself.
  • 🌟Required Ability:Needs moderate soldering. Instruction is not included, but it is not complicated.
  • 🌟How to use:Take out the board separately, pry open the potentiometer on the side of the joystick, and replace it with a new one. Fixes Stick drift, blind spots, creeping, stuttering, dead zones, non centered joysticks.
  • 🌟Package included:25*modules for games controller joystick

Just like the headset ports these pots saved 6 of my Xbox one controllers from the trash!!!!!As expected the directions are terrible. You are supposed to check the resistance before installing them but manufacturer does not tell you how or which 3 pins to test. Be sure to use soldering wick and liquid rosin to remove the old solder. There are plenty of YouTube videos that explain it pretty well. I never soldered circuits before and it really is as easy as it looks, if you use the right equipment. Again, this fixed 6 controllers I was ready to throw away and all they had was simple drift. Works like new now.

Did the trick to repair the drifting for pennies instead of buying a new controller. Also watch the utube video on how to remove the old component using fluxed solder wick. Piece if cake.

I bought this pack and I have yet to be disappointed. I could make money just from fixing controllers and be able to constantly buy these packs.

The price is good but only downfall is I would like an option to buy large bulk orders at a discounted price. Other than that item was exactly what I was looking for.

Contrary to description, this part will not fit on the PS4 DualShock controller (at least it wouldn't fit on the one that came with the PS4 Slim). The rectangular hole in the center of the trim pot is too small to fit over the axle.
