I am 6'1" 235lbs with a 34 inch inseam. The 3XXXL was the best fit. The 2XXL was just too tight in the legs and crotch. It did not take the 2XX long to rip. The 3XXXL was is still in good shape and can be reused many times.

Not even close to being tear-resistant. One can easily stick one's finger thru fabric.
