Size was great for underwater communication, however the included pencil broke on first use and 1/2 inch piece of pencil lead fell out. So, 3 stars....needs a better pencil.

These are great for bullet pointing what skills need to be done. I have one that I've written out all of the confines water skills out on and another for open water and just bought more for the rest.
