Tough as nails has helped our thoroughbread with his feet. He has softer hoofs and our farrier tells us this is making a huge difference. Since it was working, we started to give some to our paint/draft… the farrier asked us to stop that as his hoofs were becoming too hard for her. :) If you need to strengthen up your horse hoofs, this is for you. If you don’t really need it, consider my post… especially if you maintain your own horses feet.

I have a thin soled, prone to shoe throwing, frequent abscess-er Appendix Gelding. He’s been on this supplement for just over 3 months and have been very pleased with the results so far! As always with hooves- only time will truly tell- but I’ll definitely be keeping this as part of our daily routine!

I didn't realize 1 bag os for roughly 30 days. I have not noticed much of a difference, but will try for 1 more month as I know it takes time to see new good growth

This product was recommended by our Equine Vet as being the best for the hoof issues our mare had. It's working!!! Her hooves are growing out strong and healthy. The cracking is decreasing and lameness issues gone.
