I’ve been using this for 4 weeks with 7.5# curved plates. Good so far. Velcro has been great and secure. Easy to adjust. Doesn’t ride up or flop around while running. Love the camo pattern. Great addition to my conditioning training.

Bought this on Prime day for my wife to surprise her (lol).Good quality and fits weight plates (bought separately) very well.She has a small frame so it fit her well. Compared to my vest from another company this is just as good or even better.Haven't worked out in it yet but the true test is the shoulder straps to see if it rubs but for now it looks good.

Use it mostly for running. Does not come with the weight plates but easy to fing or have them made. Resistant and confortable

This vest is very versatile in terms of fit. A boatload of Velcro enable you to adjust it in all directions. It wouldn’t work if you were a very petite woman. I’m 6’1’ and 210#. The shoulder straps are well padded. I paired it with Amstaff Fitness curved iron plates. One pair is 5.5# (11 total) and the other is 8.5# (17 total). It’s important to have weights both front and back so that the vest rides well while using it.

I love this vest...I use the vest for my 3 hr walks.. no chafing . The craftsmanship is well made.. I've done my homework.. i use 30 lbs weights and not safe for running with that much weight.. bounce too much..I was 205 5.7" for Reference slightly too big even with the adjustments. But still works just fine. One thing I forgot to mention with that. Much weight in the vest. You need to make sure that you're not rounding. Your shoulders are hunching or leaning forward with your neck that can cause serious injuries. And as you get tired, you tend to try to punch your back. You always have to roll your shoulders back to be straight. That's just because on how much weight is in the vest, but it is very evenly distributed with that amount of weight..

It’s just a plate carrier and does NOT include plates. I’ve bought plate carriers that are the same material for a fraction of the price that I paid for this one. I have a “real” plate carrier made of real material for about the same price I paid for this one. It is made well enough to carry plates. But the quality is pretty cheap. I also really dislike the adjustability of the shoulder straps.

The vest is durable and a snug fit, so it wont bounce around when exercising. The straps and velcro are of high quality. Only reason I can't give 5 star is because they sent me the wrong color vest, and it wasn't clear that the weight plates are NOT included.
