The preschool music program I am part of uses a lot of instruments, including triangles. They have to be sanitized frequently, and the little beaters, which get scratched in use, get rusty. These are perfect replacements. They work as good as the originals, producing sound quality equal to the beaters that came with the triangles.

The product title and the image of them all in X formations had me a little confused at first. Initially I was thinking there were intended to sound like triangles. Really what these are for is playing on a triangle.These thin steel rods are almost five inches long. The plastic end helps to prevent it from slipping out of your fingers, but can also serve as a softer striking surface for more muted notes. It's nice to keep several of these stashed around given how easy it is to lose strikers, and be forced to improvise with a bolt or screwdriver.
