Definitely not the best obviously as it's coming from Amazon but I'd sometimes do side jobs so I just needed something quick but the throw bag did end up breaking and the string is awful. I missed the return window so I have it just in my closet for now.

Please read full message i wrote....if you well notice im the only one with a review of this product. That actually purchased this product the other are from a differant company .and for free product.but you need to know.. they come in smaller size im a big person and was to small the harness.. otherwise great product....but when you return this item you get the run around from the company.. still waiting for my return money... that is so bad... I loved this product its great durability is also great... but company that sells it ...plays around with returns to much ....so find a better company to deal with... you well regret dealing with this one.. that's for sure. I was going to recommend this product. to all my arborist friend and I have a lot I work in the lumber industry..but Like I said.. can't stand behind a company that don't care i have been a customer for years bought all my equipment from this companybut since this happened ill be looking for a new company to purchase my equipment i was going to purchase a more expensive unit ..but after this I'll have to really think about this . again 4th time get the run around. tried the company same thing..they take your money.. but don't want to refund it this thing.. costed 263.00 dollars..unexceptional..not a way to run a company.. ...very upset... please...make sure you read this whole message....

This is the only climbing set I've had. It is decent build quality, and I feel comfortable using it, but my buddy showed me his ( much more expensive) professional set, and you can see the difference in material quality. For someone only doing a few jobs, or a hobbyists, it seems more than sufficient. It is a pretty complete set , which is nice for someone that doesn't know what all they need to order to get started.

This comprehensive set of gear truly did meet my every need when removing trees from my backyard. The climbing spikes alone are worth the asking price. I have never worn a set that made it so easy for me to climb. The rope is awesome to use and is not abrasive to my hands nor is it hard to throw. Ordering this set saved me a huge amount of money that professional tree trimmers would have charged. With this set and a chainsaw, I was able to get rid of 3 ash trees that were at least 50 foot tall and completely dead because of Ash Beetles. A quality set that actually does have everything but a chainsaw! Well worth the money and you will love climbing in the climbing spikes because they are sharp and provide stable support. The harness is comfortable and really helped me feel secure. I have a fear of heights and this kit allowed me to trim my trees while feeling safe and secure.
