"This device is a lifesaver and has given me the incentive to work out more. In light of recent changes at Planet Fitness, especially with their cardio machines, I no longer felt comfortable using their treadmills and stopped going. Weight gain and depression followed. This device has given me my self-confidence back. I can now complete a full hour of incline walking on the treadmill. Love it!!"

I bought the 98 inch belt. It looks like a high quality product. On the first time use I discovered that it is not as long as I hoped and nor is it as stretchy as I expected. In use I found the belt tends to pull me to one side or the other making me adjust my position often as I was approaching the edge of the tread belt.

The only way to be able to swing your arms and register steps with your tracker on a manual treadmill is by using a belt like this. Otherwise you're having to hold on to keep from flying off. It's sturdy and comfortable and allows you to lean back to slow the pace or lean forward to pick up speed. It's a must-have for manual treadmills.

Good product helps from keeping you from falling off the treadmill from the back Velcro is pretty strong only thing is you need to tie it in a somewhat knot around the waist to really secure other wise a bit of pressure from pulling will undo the strap and I like to be really close to the front grip bars of the treadmill so I really looped it on the bare to really shorten the length but the length is long I’m size 14 and I had plenty of strap to knot around me after looping around drip bar like 7 times it kept me in one place but it does not keep you from tripping on the sides tho so don’t think this product is a solution to that I doubt there is anything out there for that but my concern was mainly falling off the tread and keeping myself up against the front hold bars actually helps with stepping on the side rails better freeing the arms to move freely I feel I work out better I actually feel it more so I’m happy with this item but still I recommend keeping the red clip on just in case when your messing with you phone and misstep yes almost happened to me and that’s why I’m more comfortable closer to the front bar for a quick grab in case but that was to my stupidity I’m lookin forward to using this daily to enhance my workout yes more calories burned!

Walking on a treadmill has always presented issues for me and jogging on one has been virtually impossible. I was never comfortable walking and certainly not running without some hold on the support bars. The Connect Me Tight waist band has almost completely resolved those issues and now I can walk and even jog comfortably. The band offers a relaxed, flexible support which allows me to let go mentally and just exercise. This is a wonderful device, it's easy to set up and use and I find that it fits every treadmill with which I've tried it. The Velcro closures work perfectly and use enough material to insure that I feel safe and that the band will not let go on it's own unexpectedly. I highly recommend this product. Thanks.

The gym where I exercise (24 hour fitness) does not do a good job of maintaining the stop cords on their treadmills. Most of them are gone and the few in place are frayed so I felt very unsafe since I have a gimpy knee and ankle and my balance has never been good. Since I did not feel like going off the end of the treadmill at 4 miles per hour, I started looking around for a solution. This item fits the bill. I have used it a few times now and I feel very secure. Even if I were to fall, the fact that the belt crosses in front of me and below my arms means the belt will keep me from going off the end. Nothing, of course, will prevent a fall if you misstep and I don't expect it to do so. I just want it to keep me in position on the treadmill where I can hit the stop button if that does happen. It attaches to itself by means of super heavy grippy velcro pads (that are about 3" by 4") at the two ends of the belt. Because the whole rest of the belt is material the Velcro pads can latch onto you can size it to suit how close or far away you want to be from the front of the treadmill because the belts are very long (I got the medium). And when I say "super heavy grippy" I mean just that. There is no way the Velcro will come loose on its own. It is, in fact, a struggle to get it ripped off the target material when I want to unattach it.There is one thing, they are supposed to fix the wording on their Ad regarding shipping since I made them aware of how misleading it is. It says "free express shipping" which leaves one to think that shipping is free. It isn't. They charge you standard but ship it express. I got the belt in just about 3 business days.

Very rapid shipping. I personally hate to work out. I especially know how much doing cardio on a treadmill can help reduce my weight. Knowing this, I do not like using the treadmill for the simple fact that my legs start fatiguing and hurting upon starting my treadmill workout withing a few minutes. I swore after I experienced that fatigue and pain that I would never workout on a treadmill again. I was desperate to lose weight, and I started using the elliptical. It was a little easier for me until I discovered this product. I am gradually shedding the pounds with healthy eating and doing morning cardio with my belt on the treadmill. I noticed that it eliminated my fatigue and pain COMPLETELY. There was nothing such as fatigue and pain stopping me from reaching my fitness goals. I took advantage of the ability to freely carry a weight in each hand and strap a weight to both ankles to add to my workout experience without the fear of losing my balance or falling off the treadmill. My treadmill sessions could easily last 2 or more hours without any problem thanks to not having to hold onto the treadmill for dear life.
